Re-read the article, the player said he wants Marseille, the club wants Leicester. I would dismiss anything they say. HITC just regurgitates stories from scraps and rumours from papers. If we could keep the scouting network and just have a coach going forward, I will probably feel much better about recent events. It's an untrusted model in England but think it's a better way of establishing a brand or ethos. I think it has its benefits, as long as the recruitment team are fit for purpose (and ours really do have a high success rate) then it eliminates a bad manager coming in and screwing everything up ala taylor or Sven. Problem is that any incoming manager has to agree to the system but I would be happy for us to take this approach.

Livid Posted 4 July 2015 Posted 4 July 2015 Stay in France, where he's happy, play in the Europa league and a domestic league that doesn't really match the PL for a team that has just lost three key players, but should finish in position to play European football each year. or Come to a team without a manager, who may give you the better financial deal and play in a better domestic league, but let's be honest a club who won't be challenging for a Champions League spot.

However if Caen are true to there word and don't agree a price with Marseille then Kante will have two options, Caen or Leicester. If he chooses us then I'm sure he'll get on with it and try as hard as he can here.

I've noticed this a hell of a lot recently, the number of times I see "So people want A, then the same people complain when they get A". Naah, it's probably different people.
