J.Lisemore Posted 9 December 2015 Posted 9 December 2015 Van Gaal is 100% worse than Moyes, over 250M and his team look like a pub side. Surely he's gone now? Laughing stock.
Nick the Stats Guy Posted 9 December 2015 Posted 9 December 2015 Manchester United in the Europa League! WOOOOOOOOOT! Haven't felt this good since we beat them last year! Guys, what if Man Utd crash out of the Europa League?!
MC Prussian Posted 9 December 2015 Posted 9 December 2015 Manchester United in the Europa League! WOOOOOOOOOT! Haven't felt this good since we beat them last year! Guys, what if Man Utd crash out of the Europa League?! We can then all open a bottle of Champagne. Jubilations. The opposition is rather heavy - at present, they could be drawn against St. Etienne, Krasnodar, Dortmund, Schalke, Villarreal or Braga. Add to that Roma/Bayer Leverkusen, maybe Olympiacos (if Arsenal win in Greece tonight), Porto/Dynamo Kyiv (depending on results tonight) or Gent/Valencia.

I'd rather they stayed in and had to deal with a congested fixture list. If they get Braga I hope that game doesn't make it to tv - just show a rerun of a previous final or a Molde game or something. Genuinely a more boring side than Man U.
Guest Col city fan Posted 9 December 2015 Posted 9 December 2015 A quarter of a billion pounds to STILL be fielding Fellaini! Fooks sake...
Wymsey Posted 9 December 2015 Posted 9 December 2015 A quarter of a billion pounds to STILL be fielding Fellaini! Fooks sake... He's a very versatile player, and does add some sort of value to their team which is different from their other midfield options. At a push, I'd have him in our team (though not for the whole game).

glenny_fox Posted 9 December 2015 Posted 9 December 2015 It still makes me laugh people (man u fans mainly) trying to justify that Van Gaal is doing a decent job by saying they are nearly winning the league. I would be disgusted if Leicester spent over £250m and played football like they do. Yes you want to win stuff but football should always be about the entertainment. and their team is still absolutely shocking. To be filling gaps with utility players after spending the cash they have. Somebody, if not all of their back room staff, should be sacked.
bovril Posted 9 December 2015 Posted 9 December 2015 We could have done with them staying in it. But yeah, funny as fvck.

But that what Van gaal does, he doesn't do entertaining football, they would have known that when he was appointed.
Guest Col city fan Posted 9 December 2015 Posted 9 December 2015 Esteban dropped tonight for Olympiakos... He's only played a few games since joining..
MC Prussian Posted 9 December 2015 Posted 9 December 2015 That was probably one of the most unfortunate bounces for an own goal ever - I thought it was done and dusted when Casillas made that brilliant save. Bloody lucky Chelsea. But in all fairness, Porto are playing into their hands.
Guest Col city fan Posted 9 December 2015 Posted 9 December 2015 With Man Utd unable to hit a barn door, why is Chicarito on loan at Leverkusen with 14 goals already this season? Van Gaal...explain you baggy faced tit....
MC Prussian Posted 9 December 2015 Posted 9 December 2015 Can I just say that Corona is a bloody fantastic surname?
Nalis Posted 9 December 2015 Posted 9 December 2015 He's only played a few games since joining.. He's played in the last league game and the last champions league game. Anyway, I reckon this will stay 1-0 or 2-1 just because its Arsenal. If Arsenal needed to win 7-0 they'd only win by 6.
ScouseFox Posted 9 December 2015 Posted 9 December 2015 lmao can you imagine how ridiculously upset the whole of the anti english englishmen will be that we've got 3 teams qualifying and chelsea are going to win their group haha
ScouseFox Posted 9 December 2015 Posted 9 December 2015 play cambiasso win 3-2 easy, drop him and get annihilated no shocks here
purpleronnie Posted 9 December 2015 Posted 9 December 2015 Porto out with 10 points, Roma through with 6 points.
foxes_rule1978 Posted 9 December 2015 Posted 9 December 2015 Ended up not being too bad for English teams, 3 through, 2 finished top...
Dan Posted 9 December 2015 Posted 9 December 2015 Made hard work of it but did the job in the end. Excellent win for Arsenal tonight. Didn't think they'd have it that easy.
