Atletico in the CL are my new nerve janglers. And I am still a bit pissed. I am sure LCFC we will do well in this competition.

This suggests you can give a penalty (because the ref gives 'advantage' until the contact occurs inside. Graham Poll also came to a similar conclusion when Demichales brought down Messi in a champions league tie at The Ethiad whenever that was (last year I think?)
