Corky Posted 26 June 2015 Posted 26 June 2015 How good is it to be signing quality international players? For those brought up on Hughes, Jarrett, Douglas, Johnson, Sylla, Low this must be heaven. Fuchs, Huth, Kramaric and Okazaki our last four signings. Seriously impressive.
MC Prussian Posted 26 June 2015 Posted 26 June 2015 Alright, so we're now officially spoiled with options up front. Welcome to Leicester City, Shinji! Now we definitely need to increase the stadium capacity - a few thousand Japanese Shinji fans are on the way... And they're here to stay for four years!
Corky Posted 26 June 2015 Posted 26 June 2015 How many of your Swiss brethren came over to watch Bruno Berner, Alex?
Julian Joachim Jr Shabadoo Posted 26 June 2015 Posted 26 June 2015 Cracking signing. What's his English like? Good I'd imagine, very common in Japan and China for children to be taught English from primary school age. Failing that, would imagine his German is good so Huth for translation while he adapts who the **** are we going to play up front? ALL OF THEM!! Vardy, Nuge, Ulloa, Kram, Okazaki... Was, Morgan, Huth, Fuchs at the back and Cambiasso in the middle. This is excellent news, and again congrats to the OS for actually giving us news first again!
Alex_LCFC Posted 26 June 2015 Posted 26 June 2015 SHINJI OKAZAKI HE SHITS ON THE DERBY He SHITS ON THE VILLA HE USED TO LIVE NEXT DOOR TO FVCKING GODZILLA SHINJI OKAZAKI I hope it didn't take up too much of your time coming up with that
Jacnah Posted 26 June 2015 Posted 26 June 2015 SUPER SHINJI'S HAVING A PARTY, BRING YOUR SUSHI AND WASABI brilliant!
MC Prussian Posted 26 June 2015 Posted 26 June 2015 So, we're definitely going for a 3-2-5 next season. Loving it!
Mike the Metal Ed Posted 26 June 2015 Posted 26 June 2015 We're not going to struggle at set pieces at least once he gets in the robot.
BlueSi13 Posted 26 June 2015 Posted 26 June 2015 Welcome Shinji I wonder where this will leave Kramaric however? Based on last season it would be very harsh to suggest that either Vardy or Ulloa will be moved down the pecking order. So to me it suggests our striking preferences will/could be: 1. Vardy 2. Ulloa 3. Okazaki 4. Kramaric 5. Nugent 6. Wood Doesn't look too bad to me at all!! But would Kramaric be happy potentially being a 4th choice striker?

And out of that lot, just ONE thats not a full international. Now I know how Man City fans feel. Is this really Leicester City?
NeilLCFC Posted 26 June 2015 Posted 26 June 2015 Don't know much about him but trust in Pearson BOOM!
Spence Posted 26 June 2015 Posted 26 June 2015 The overhead kick is brilliant the goals ranked 2 and 1 were ridiculously good. looks like a class act
Babylon Posted 26 June 2015 Posted 26 June 2015 Huth, Fuchs, Okazaki. When you think they have cost £10m and Mings has cost £8m it kind of puts it into perspective. Yes they are at the older end of the spectrum, but we've obviously seen experience as being key to survival. I'm sure the younger players will be added once we have a more solid core for them to be added to.

Good few years left in all of them hopefully.
Brenfox Posted 26 June 2015 Posted 26 June 2015 Heard he's got a good (japs) eye for goal. I'll get me coat.

If we convince Cambiasso to stop on, that's a quartet of experience that hopefully will bring the best out of the rest of the team. Okazaki looks and sounds like a fella who leads by example. Not an egomaniac striker. This signing is just as much about character than playing stats.
wight88 Posted 26 June 2015 Posted 26 June 2015 I had my leg X-rayed today. The doctor said: 'Your patella measures 2.54cm'. I said: 'Inch-high knees?' He said: '您的髌骨是2.54厘米高.'
johnny the fox Posted 26 June 2015 Posted 26 June 2015 Subject to work permit. 4 years. http://www.lcfc.com/news/article/shinji-okazaki-agrees-leicester-city-deal-2509148.aspx Get Cambiasso and I will stake my ball sack on us staying up !
Guest Bilo Posted 26 June 2015 Posted 26 June 2015 I hope it didn't take up too much of your time coming up with that Recycled, but I have no pride.
