The cadaver is the dead body, not the guy ****ing it

I don't want to derail this very important thread, but LORD JIVE GRASP CADAVER could be construed as lord Jive who touches dead bodies.  That's all I'm saying.

I don't know whether there's any truth in this - you have to doubt it - but I honest to god don't find it remotely funny.

In fact, let's capitalise the 'God'. Maybe he can bail us out.

The list of candidates gets worse by the day

They are drip feeding us some shocking potential managers, so when they announce someone like Lambert or Redknapp we wont all kill ourselves!

Hey y'all, checking in from the US and I'm glad to see everyone so hyped to get one of the best Serbian-American managers in history. Maybe THE best.

I understand the reaction, but I want to suggest tapping the brakes on the whole Chicken Little bit. Honestly, I've always thought Preki is a great manager. And, sure, write him off before he's even landed in the UK, but I think you may be pleasantly surprised. Preki specializes in taking crap teams and making them alright. He won MLS coach of the year in 2007 while managing literally the worst team MLS has ever seen, Chivas USA. He didn't last in Toronto because NO ONE lasts in Toronto... they've been through 8 coaches in in 7 years. He is a great personality, has a great soccer mind (football... whatever bitches), and players like to play for him.

This guy is no John Carver... in the good way. For what it's worth, I would say Preki is in my top 5 MLS coaches to manage in the Prem. Get ready to have a lot of Eastern Europeans on the team. Preki LOVES Eastern Europeans.

For now, check out this sick Preki goal that sealed a US win against Brazil in 1998.

Let me know if you have specific questions and I will reply with somewhat vague responses.

Who knows who the old guy is? I'm very concerned

Graham has a great history in the game, not only here in the states, but abroad. His ability to identify, bring in and build a talented squad is the ideal quality a technical director should have. I think he has all the tools to make this organization very successful on the field. – Pete Lowry, Professional Soccer Player

Any chance we could get Graham Smith instead of Preki?
