It would make the owners either the least competent owners ever to go near a football team or the most transparent ever in terms of getting someone to do exactly what you want them to do. That could mean picking the players you want, it could mean stripping the assets you want. One way or the other, it would mean they couldn't care less what anyone thought of them, including anybody who follows English football back in Thailand, and that any question that ever existed as to whether Pearson or they were in the right about any given topic would be resolved once and for all. Unless, of course, he turns out to be a genius. Or, far far more likely, none of this is real. If they are only here for the money, why would they take a ridiculous risk re relegation the season before the big deal kicks in? I cannot believe we have identified a manager that no one has ever heard of outside n America. Either he is coming as a coach under a new manager or he isn't coming at all.

I can't answer any of those questions, obviously, but you'd at least have to ask them if they made Preki or Bob Bradley their manager. I mean, why did they sack one of our most successful managers when he was at his most successful? There's still not been a convincing answer to that question which, if they could care less about what anyone thought, there would have been. Or, even, it wouldn't have been a question in the first place.

Coincidently, to make matters worse, I was listening to Talksport and they were talking about "soccer" in the US, now rivalling baseball in popularity. A pundit on there said he was recently in Hungtingdon Beach(LA), and every bar was showing a different PL game at 7.30 a.m., and they were all packed.
