ramboacdc Posted 27 November 2015 Posted 27 November 2015 22 games undefeated. club going under and chairman finally looking to sell (almost like i planned it) lost 3 on the bounce, finished 2nd in the VNL then lost 6-3 on AGG in the semis. got the feeling i wont survive this takeover!
Mark_w Posted 27 November 2015 Posted 27 November 2015 Playing Norwich twice in a week near Christmas. I'm at the start of the season so no games have been rearranged for this occurrence. First season (and possibly later seasons) on FM this year you do play a side twice in quick succession around Christmas. Not sure why, but it's the same for everyone.

Finnegan Posted 30 November 2015 Posted 30 November 2015 See this is exactly what annoys me about FM. He's one of the highest potential players in the game and has a reasonable starting CA to boot. Clubs like Bayern and Utd should be recognising that and developing him. The game becomes so easy when the player is the only person who can spot and develop wonderkids.

Guest Electric Yetis Posted 1 December 2015 Posted 1 December 2015 Started as Tranmere and loving it. Gary Taylor-Fletcher was the star player until January when he decided not to renew his contract. Was top of the league until January when a number of long term injuries threw me off track. Drafted in several loanees including Blyth and Panayiotou and limped to 4th place. Lost the play-off final to Wrexham but won the FA Trophy against Forest Green.

Finnegan Posted 2 December 2015 Posted 2 December 2015 Won the top flight of my custom "German" (German, Dutch, Swiss and Austrian) league system at the third time of asking with Basel. Bayern had been top solidly since the third round of games and looked on track for their third successive title. I'd been gaining ground slowly and steadily and was a point behind on the last day. Drew with Leverkusen on the last day and they lost 1 - 0 to Hannover so I clinched it on GD. Unbelievable Jeff.

Either a Balkan one where I throw together the teams from Serbia, Croatia, Bosnia, Montenegro, Albania, Macedonia and Slovenia, or one where I throw together USSR and have loads of teams in the same system. Although would it be possible to throw clubs from countries like Uzbekistan in there?

Carl the Llama Posted 2 December 2015 Posted 2 December 2015 Can somebody explain to me why free-agent GK Rulli just decided he'd rather play for a Southampton side who finished the season in 17th, 1 point from relegation, instead of earning 5k a week less to be a key member of a CL qualified Leicester who finished 3rd? He's by far the best rated keeper I can find without spending a ton and I am so incredibly angry at this. I'm very tempted to break all the principles of FM and go back in time to give that cvnt his 5k of flesh.

He's decent, but then again on this game a keeper is only as good as there defenders, which for me are non existant.
