4everfox Posted 15 November 2015 Posted 15 November 2015 Bloody infuriating. Everytime I score I concede instantly. Went 1-0 up at Old Trafford. 10 mins later i'm 3-1 down. Equalise against Arsenal, 1 min later it's 1-2. I'm already playing defensive so not sure if I should be changing system the second i score? This happens to me a lot. Always against a Man City or an Arsenal too, I swear the game cheats and makes these teams practically unbeatable.

Frost Posted 15 November 2015 Posted 15 November 2015 Started as Leicester. Won my first 4 league games. Got Barbosa and Embolo up top. Signed Mandi (RB), Fossum, Ajer, A Zivkovic and Romero. Sold Vardy for £22m to PSG. Was 1-0 down away at Palace in the 90th min, scored twice on the break to win it. Last minute winner vs Swansea at home as well after throwing away a 2 goal lead, Flogged Kramaric for £6.75m and Albrighton for £7.75m.
Salieri Posted 15 November 2015 Posted 15 November 2015 Sorry if this is controversial but.... why all the sneaking around looking for cheap downloads? This game has more gameplay in it than anything I know out there... we all get hooked on it, it's fantastically realistic at times & so well made. Why are people honestly looking to save a couple of quid... madness. The guys at SI could quite rightly ask for the same FIFA ask for for this game but they don't. What's wrong with shopping around? I saved a tenner by doing just that.

Went into it thinking "great, everyone played 2 days ago and the ai never play a refreshed squad so their team will be knackered from minute 1, this should be an easy one as long as I have enough fit players of starting quality." Sure enough most of their team started the match in the mid-70s for fitness and finished the match all the way down in the lower 40s. It did nothing to stop them beating a fully fit line-up 4-0. Even more frustrating is that for the entire match none of my changes seemed to make a single difference to the way the match was panning out. Whatever I tweaked, every highlight still seemed to be yet another Newcastle player with a red bar running rings around my defenders with their nearly full stamina. I'm beginning to remember why I took such a long hiatus from FM
Donut Posted 15 November 2015 Posted 15 November 2015 Seems to me, playing through the middle is MUCH more effective than playing with width, both for retaining defensive shape and creating chances. Also, seems like its more effective to play at a lower tempo. On the Real save ive got, at the end of 2015 17 games into the season, Barcelona are 11th in the league. Crazy.

Even most of Dybala's goals for me are headers. I love buying a striker but I'm struggling to see Dybala or Morata ever being forced out of the side. Might buy a top class pace abuse forward to throw in there as Mandzukic does nothing for me and Zaza is 'OK'. I need Laporte badly. Barzagli is shite.
ramboacdc Posted 16 November 2015 Posted 16 November 2015 so got this Friday, made my own club Kegworth FC. got rid of Tamworth, got everything sorted. got sacked for losing 2 games in a row. went to nuneaton town, got sacked for not keeping squad harmony. at this point ive only made it to national B licence. went to queens park (turning down Hamilton) and got my A even though they have no money. had a great start to the season, started to falter and then got the ultimatum of get 8 points from 5. instant i got it, applied for every job available in my game. had interviews with about...6 clubs. drew the first 2 games and then moved to the mighty Brechin! all i got to do is save them from relegation from league 1 with 10 games left...when they are 7 points adrift. i start alright, get my continental C licence and turn the losses into draws, not too good but its a start. win 2 on the bounce and we are only 5 points away from relegation playoff. lose the next game 2-0 (my fault, as i was away i set out to defend and control..should have gone for it) and get relegated back to league 2. apply for all jobs again. end up taking over queen of the south who have just been relegated to league 1. currently sitting 2nd on goal difference and they wont grant me continental B! my aim is to...in time...find my way into a premier league team, or guide a minnow to glory...maybe its queen of the south's year! we have some of the best coaches in the semi pro league, the best scouts and the best physios. out of the challenge cup after losing 8-5 to a league 2 team (what a game that was!) and out of the league cup after a 2-1 loss at home to the mighty raith rovers. they scored in the 87th minute! swines! all this in the space of 2.3 seasons! but at least ive unlocked the "hostile takeover" and "headhunted" achievements. also got "comeback king!" but no silverware, no promotions and a relegation on the CV currently. can't see son mode unlocking any time soon. EDIT: also after 1 season ranieri retired and the next season with rogers in charge we got relegated. we made £54m off the sale of all the players....then signed andy carroll. Vardy is at palace and mahrez is at west brom.

Is that a real team?) which resulted in us stealing 2nd spot from Fiorentina. The only loss was a unlucky 3-2 away at Man City. Its January 1st and we have signed Calleri from Boca, a young right back from Racing Santander, a young Polish goalkeeper called Dragowski and somehow I got Subotic from Dortmund for 2.5 million. Best bargain on FM16 for me so far, who is your best bargain signing so far? what qualifications did you start yourself off with? and experience level?

AMR position as Raumdeuter barely gets any space in any match regardless of opposition. leaky as fvck (standard anyway) but barely score despite the attacking outlook of the formation
