dorsetboy Posted 2 August 2015 Posted 2 August 2015 He prob might want to come and its his agent scuppering everything he's prob on a nice little backhander from bl if he signs for them .
Babylon Posted 2 August 2015 Author Posted 2 August 2015 You might have missed it but there are two agents. One is working towards our deal and the other is in BL's corner. It seems the one in the German corner has the players ear. Not so much an agent in the normal sense, the Jorge Machado guy is part of DIS, the group who own 50% of him.
Molly Posted 2 August 2015 Posted 2 August 2015 Why up the bid, they've already accepted? Apart from throwing money away it would only piss off Aranguiz even more. They've accepted but if BL come in with an offer a few mill lower than ours then Inter may well think - okay better an easy X than Y. Push it up another mill and maybe BL decide they won't even join the fight or Inter think - let's hold out longer on this Leicester deal. It's nothing to do with inter saying yes, it's to do with inter saying NO to others.
Steve_Guppy_Left_Foot Posted 2 August 2015 Posted 2 August 2015 Not sure deluded is a strong enough word reading through this thread.
Molly Posted 2 August 2015 Posted 2 August 2015 Deadline day is what? A month away? This one could run to the limit. 600 pages?
ARM1968 Posted 2 August 2015 Posted 2 August 2015 This is why the thread should stay open. Inter play hardball. His owners explain finance to him. He sucks it up like a big boy and comes to play for us. Or he stays where he is. Simples.
johnny the fox Posted 2 August 2015 Posted 2 August 2015 bet he turns out to be dog s h i t after all this..or does a knee first game..
Jaspa Posted 2 August 2015 Posted 2 August 2015 Didnt do Gary Medel any hard going to Cardiff did it?

Jimbo Posted 2 August 2015 Posted 2 August 2015 Anyone else who opens up foxestalk come straight to this thread in the hope to find it locked for one reason or another??
Fuch Me Moore Posted 2 August 2015 Posted 2 August 2015 Think we should forget about this guy, put time and energy into other targets. I think he would be a fantastic signing but maybe some with premier league experience could be vital for us??

It's nothing to do with inter saying yes, it's to do with inter saying NO to others. Personally, I think it would be a better move to withdraw the bid. We're currently caught with our cock out and a box of Kleenex. Better to try and save some dignity from the situation by wiping our nose with the tissues.

Better to try and save some dignity from the situation by wiping our nose with the tissues. Terrible idea. Leicester & Internacional are best friends in this saga, we give each other strength. If we withdrew then it gives all the power to Bayer Leverkusen to dictate price. €15m is the price, stump up the cash or piss off. All this whining as well by Aranguiz about "please let me go to Bayer". It's like selling your house and someone has offered 200k and someone else 300k and the 200k man pleading with you to sell to him because that's his dream house.
MPH Posted 2 August 2015 Posted 2 August 2015 Think we should forget about this guy, put time and energy into other targets. More like the house is pleading with you to be sold to the man offering £200k because it thinks he's a bigger, better and more established owner and competes in the Best Owner in Europe competition.
gerrytaggart Posted 2 August 2015 Posted 2 August 2015 Buy a bigger house with lots of space for wanking?
Gerard Posted 2 August 2015 Posted 2 August 2015 I notice that Aranguiz didn't play today for Internacional. I'm not sure if it's because of a break from the Copa America or because his head's not right. Bottom line is as long as Internacional stay strong he's either going to have to go back and start playing for his mid table Brazilian club or come to Leicester. All the tweets today by his club are portraying strength, €15m is the price or he stays at Internacional. It would make it interesting if BL buy another midfielder and pull out.
Fuch Me Moore Posted 2 August 2015 Posted 2 August 2015 Reckon we have the ability to deal with more than one transfer at the same time.... I agree...I have faith that a back up plan would be in place. I have a feeling transfer deadline day with Jim White is going to be interesting this year!!
urban.spaceman Posted 2 August 2015 Posted 2 August 2015 I bet you £1000 that he'll do a massive U-turn then do a Rob Ullathorne on his debut.
Fez of Mahrez Posted 2 August 2015 Posted 2 August 2015 You remind me of that Robin Popley guy. Same childlike enthusiasm and endless optimism over transfer sagas.
thybluefox Posted 2 August 2015 Posted 2 August 2015 Take our offer off the table and they're more likely to accept BLs lower one. Need to keep their eye on the pot of gold at the end of our rainbow.
Bamba's Babes Posted 2 August 2015 Posted 2 August 2015 This will go down to the wire. Who have Bayer got in the Champions League qualifier? Let's hope they lose.
Wymsey Posted 2 August 2015 Posted 2 August 2015 We've lacked an aggressive, non-nonsense CM for years. This guy would be perfect, but think I'm dreaming.
