If anything is likely to focus our minds it's this. All the fancy possession means sod-all if you don't close people out properly and stop giving them free sights of goal.

 

Attitude matters as much as technique and we don't seem to have shown much in pre-season so far, particularly in defence. There's been far too much sloppiness and Birmingham have made us pay for it today.
