Napoli is probably the worst shithole in all of Europe I suppose he doesn't frequent the city center much and doesn't need to live there - plus, the training facilities are a bit outside of town, further up North along the coast.

My point is they could use the communication channels available to make their own status clear. 9am Sunday morning and it seems like Kante is a done deal according to most sources (reliable & unreliable), yet nothing from the club. Clubs website still doesn't have photos of Fuchs & Okazaki FFS! If they even stuck a "transfer" header on the website that read : "no updates until after press conferences that unveil new signings..or Kante signs! Press conference at 10am Monday" or summit like that, that'd at least stop people wetting themselves over what is/isnt happening!
