cc_star Posted 6 August 2015 Posted 6 August 2015 It really does, if we are targeting this calibre of player we need to pay them as they expect, no flippin wage cap! If anything we need to pay a slight premium as we are a lesser known entity. We do & we have
Ric Flair Posted 6 August 2015 Posted 6 August 2015 The reports stated he want €2m a year...very reasonable premier league salary. I'm pretty sure we offered him that though according to the italian reports. I think we need to start coughing up 7 figure signing on bonuses as well.
Fox 4 Life Posted 6 August 2015 Posted 6 August 2015 The reports stated he want €2m a year...very reasonable premier league salary. That is £27k a week!
chapero82 Posted 6 August 2015 Posted 6 August 2015 We waste so much time on players who clearly are not really interested
Bamba's Babes Posted 6 August 2015 Posted 6 August 2015 By the time we complete a deal, the entire fanbase is sick and tired of it all as it drags on for so long. When was the last transfer we were allowed to be excited for?
Jattdogg Posted 6 August 2015 Posted 6 August 2015 We waste so much time on players who clearly are not really interested Yup. Forget this knob and aranguiz. I want players who wouldnt mind being here even if its as a stepping stone. Shows me they are willing to put in some hard work. Last thing we need is players that think they are god sends and no skill to match with im better than lcfc attiudes
Dr The Singh Posted 6 August 2015 Posted 6 August 2015 By the time we complete a deal, the entire fanbase is sick and tired of it all as it drags on for so long. When was the last transfer we were allowed to be excited for? Cambiasso
Dr The Singh Posted 6 August 2015 Posted 6 August 2015 Cuz that didn't drag on at all...Can't wait for the season to start
Ric Flair Posted 6 August 2015 Posted 6 August 2015 Ulloa, Cambiasso, Kramaric and Kante have all taken absolutely ages. Inler, Aranguiz and Cambiasso again have taken a long while and look to all have gone the same way. Okazaki we went in for a few times but his signing was actually done and announced quickly and took everyone by surprise. The last signing like that which was announced with little speculation in the days/hours beforehand was Danny Simpson. Lovely.
Dr The Singh Posted 6 August 2015 Posted 6 August 2015 Fuchs was signed withot us having a clue.Cuschecis shit
chapero82 Posted 6 August 2015 Posted 6 August 2015 I'm think it's the not knowing that does you're head in
SecretPro Posted 6 August 2015 Posted 6 August 2015 Definitely nobody coming in before Saturdays game. Sad times.
Molly Posted 6 August 2015 Posted 6 August 2015 Definitely nobody coming in before Saturdays game. Sad times. As long as we get another decent midfielder in before the deadline I'll be happy.
Callabinho Posted 6 August 2015 Posted 6 August 2015 More mind games than anything I think from Schalke. I think it's a "you will sign for us". Will probably work though.
billyfox1 Posted 6 August 2015 Posted 6 August 2015 By the time we complete a deal, the entire fanbase is sick and tired of it all as it drags on for so long. When was the last transfer we were allowed to be excited for? It only drags on because in the modern day the fans find out about a potential transfers sooner. In the good old days no-one knew about a transfer until it was completed. It's the forums full of gullible people who believe every little thing they read on twitter that makes it drag on, the actual transfer takes the same amount of time as it ever has.
Heymister2015 Posted 6 August 2015 Posted 6 August 2015 All i hear about Inan and Inler is that there past it and a shadow of what they used to be! The Chilean midfielder is the A lister and these two are plan B and C!
MPH Posted 6 August 2015 Posted 6 August 2015 The reports stated he want €2m a year...very reasonable premier league salary. Not sure our owners will be comfortable paying that little a salary!
RoboFox Posted 6 August 2015 Posted 6 August 2015 As for that Schalke 04 tweet in English, the German version says something rather completely different: Heldt: "I can confirm that we are dealing with the matter of Gökhan Inler. However, we are not close to rounding it up." There's just so much talking going on at the moment, it's ridiculous. I bet Schalke's fans' forum doesn't get anywhere near the amount of pages of unfounded speculation that FT does, with all their confirming and denying of rumours on social media. How boring.
