Isn't that the contract value and fee wrapped together? I don't think they have offered enough to Napoli to secure the deal.

Selcuk Inan would seem a more realistic signing for us, to fill the last void in our squad. Everyone seems to suggest that with the financial situations at Galatasaray as they are, this would be easier.
