MC Prussian Posted 3 August 2015 Posted 3 August 2015 SSN are using the FM Database to assess signings now.. Sky Sports - the CNN of the sports channel world?
Corky Posted 3 August 2015 Posted 3 August 2015 Don't know much about him so have no pre-conceived ideas about how he will do. Quite like the unknown factor and pleased we've added a central midfielder.
whoareyaaa Posted 3 August 2015 Posted 3 August 2015 Glad this is finally over the line, looks like a solid player and definatly an improvement on what we have at the moment.
HoustonFox Posted 3 August 2015 Posted 3 August 2015 Very happy with this signing (both of them) but a real shame we couldn't get them done earlier so they had some preseason time to train and play some minutes.

Just like with Benalouane and whomever's gotta to come in as Cambiasso's replacement, they only lack minutes with our first team squad. Fitness levels should already be high up thanks to their own preparations with their former clubs. Probably too early to rush the new signings in for the opener this weekend, but their time will come... very soon.
Webbo Posted 3 August 2015 Posted 3 August 2015 Well the French journalist they had on the moan in really rates him, wasn't a fan of the new defender though.

It does strike me as a bit of an odd move with Benalouane when we've already got enough decent centre-backs available. "Making up the numbers" springs to mind.

"Making up the numbers" springs to mind. If we play 3 at the back we only have 4 recognised centre backs. Fuchs, Chilwell and RDL may be able to do a job occasionally, but none of them are recognised CBs (Fuchs maybe). moore was far from convincing last year, so another backup option is very sensible...
lgfualol Posted 3 August 2015 Posted 3 August 2015 I really want to be friends with him. We'd have great laughs.
STEFFIFI Posted 3 August 2015 Posted 3 August 2015 Hello everybody!!! I'm from Caen, so where comes "NG"(like "Angie" ), and I can already see, he is a very shy guy, so his smile is the best he cans give Also, I find the Sky Sports' statistics alittle bit undervalued... He is an unbelievable dribbler and tackler, the best of the French Ligue, he fights to keep or recuperate the ball in opponents' feet. We call him Little Makelele. But he knows to do nice centers and can goal too Worker, not headlock, shy but smiling, happy to be there he is (not formation center) and he stayed very simple Take care and love him as we did

True, I'd pretty much forgotten about Upson leaving for MK Dons. Still, the signing of Benalouane pretty much went underneath the radar. And I do hope he's happy he's at Leicester now, because prior reports quoted him saying that he didn't really wanted to switch to LCFC at all.

The Doctor Posted 3 August 2015 Posted 3 August 2015 he can goal. best news ever. I'm looking forward to seeing him get some N'Golos.
SemperEadem Posted 3 August 2015 Posted 3 August 2015 yeah, I saw that. I'm glad he went there and didn't go to Marseille. Marseille's a club with too much pressure and attention and it just makes things harder for players. He's a great young player, he works hard and has so much energy. He's very very shy, and super humble. He used to live in a small flat here, and go to the mosque on Fridays. he's a very simple and humble guy who'll never cause problems in the changing rooms or within the squad. Fez of Mahrez Posted 3 August 2015 Posted 3 August 2015 Of all the players we've been linked with, this guy is the one I always thought would fit our style of play perfectly. Seems like he was first choice for the midfield from the time we got linked with him too. Really intrigued to see him play, I think he'll become hugely popular.

I will love and care for him as you did.
st albans fox Posted 3 August 2015 Posted 3 August 2015 He used to live in a small flat here, and go to the mosque on Fridays. Well he'll be spoilt for choice now!

MC Prussian Posted 3 August 2015 Posted 3 August 2015 What is our style now? Currently, a 3-3-4 with an option to switch to a more attacking 2-3-5.
