Normally sit in SK1 but due to faffing around with whether I was going or not, I ended up having to get tickets at the back of SK4.

I understand its a cup game and you're going to get day trippers etc but I couldn't believe how negative most of our fans were.

Went with a couple of mates who don't normally go to the games, so was mainly stood singing by myself for the majority of the game only to receive tuts, sighs or being told to shut up.

While this didnt bother me and I continued to sing for the rest of the game, in about the 80th minuet some bloke in front of me actually turned around me telling me "If I didn't shut my racket he'd rip my tongue out".

I asked him if he had ever been to a football game before and then continued to sing even louder to back the team, which was obviously needed tonight!

The best part is that he actually waited at the bottom of the stairs for me to come down (he left with about 5mins to go and I stayed until after the final whistle) just to offer me outside for a fight...

Felt like I was in an away end for the majority of the game.

Unfortunately SK1 and the Union FS lads have really spoiled me in terms of what I accept the atmosphere to be like...

Point out to me and I'll find someone to fill him in on the spot.

That aside, not there today for matrimonial reasons. How was it today pre goal? - The best arbiter of matters atmosphere wise I feel.

Quality atmosphere for today's match. Great display by the fans and players alike. SK1 was top notch!

It was decent before the goal. It wasn't rocking until the mid second half but decent noise before the goal. Unrecognisable from Bournemouth.

Think they were trying to spell out "**** OFF SKY SPORTS" in the phone lights but it backfired.

Atmosphere a lot better yesterday.

Was wondering the same?!

From where I sit, one or two in the family stand that were together tried to start it on Wednesday night in the cup.

Sitting in the kop I have no idea if some of those are doing it first and family stand responding but rather strange with no meaning.

Was it the @The soup nazi who was waving the flag in SK1 & it came off the pole?

Yes it was lol. One guy about shit himself, he did see the funny side fortunately .

anyone else think the place emptied out very quickly at the end of the game. The boys were clapping before they came off and I thought it was fairly quiet compared to previous home games at the end. anyone else think the same?

Didn't notice how empty it got quickly, but no way way was it as good atmosphere then previous home league games

me too couldn't believe how many where piling out of the family stand with 5 minutes to go, it was like we were losing but haha if they missed the 3rd goal!

Some fan in SK1 got twatted by a flag pole, was quite funny but could have been more serious if he poked his eye out. Not quite sure why someone walked down the stairs with it - quite embarrassing for him!!

I think the FS Union do a sterling job at creating an atmosphere and I think they deserve a big pat on the back.

However, why do they always try and start a different song when then rest of the ground are singing a different song. If we sing the same then it would be more impressive.

Happened on a few occasions on Saturday and filling gaps in songs with, la la la la la la is also a tad annoying.

And is it just me or does anyone else like to sing the odd song at the away fans...non existent in SK1

I`m a QPR fan and came onto this thread a few weeks ago just to wish you luck. Just posted this on a QPR forum and, as you can see, I`m not the only QPR fan supporting you. Leicester winning the League would mean so much to fans of smaller clubs. I`ll leave you alone now, I promise. Just don`t forget to win the league. http://www.fansnetwork.co.uk/football/queensparkrangers/forum/163798/we-are-all-foxes-now./#56
