johnny the fox Posted 19 August 2015 Posted 19 August 2015 The Sport Bible http://www.thesportbible.com/articles/fastest-player-in-the-premier-league-revealed And his Mrs is not happy...
Guest Mee-9 Posted 19 August 2015 Posted 19 August 2015 1. Vardy 2. Jenkinson - Was Jenkinson only there as he was trying to catch Vardy last weekend?
Danizen Posted 19 August 2015 Posted 19 August 2015 All the banterlicious genii in the comments saying, 'MERTESACKER', 'JOHN TERRY' 'JOHN O'SHEA!'
Carl the Llama Posted 19 August 2015 Posted 19 August 2015 Only because Wasyl hasn't been played yet.
stox259 Posted 19 August 2015 Posted 19 August 2015 Wrong!! No one is quicker than Wasilewski running to a fight. Fact
mozartfox Posted 19 August 2015 Posted 19 August 2015 I bet he is not the quickest to get a round in..
Collymore Posted 19 August 2015 Posted 19 August 2015 Surley they have to take into account the wind speed and direction. Sprinters can't get a WR if it's above the threshold.

Hungry Hungry Fox Posted 19 August 2015 Posted 19 August 2015 I wonder if we are one of the fastest teams, over all, in the PL
shailen Posted 19 August 2015 Posted 19 August 2015 Our whole game is based on quick counter attacking and high pressure football. Vardy, Albrighton, Schlupp, Mahrez and even De Laet are exceptionally quick and all the players apart from Huth are reasonably quick. The high energy levels combined with the pace and power is why we have been so destructive recently. I'm more interested to know if as a team, if any other team covers more miles. I'm sure we would be number 1 in the league for the work rate we produce as a team.
Jimbo Posted 19 August 2015 Posted 19 August 2015 Vardy is lightening quick, I don't see why its a surprise
EnglishOxide Posted 19 August 2015 Posted 19 August 2015 Its amazing how quick he is with the ball as it means he can just knock the ball ahead of defenders and then get his body in front of them. He wasn't doing that in his first season with us, and his control definitely wasn't as good then. Massive improvement in a pretty short time.
Collibosher70 Posted 19 August 2015 Posted 19 August 2015 as long no one says he's 'nippy' , dont want the london press falling off their chairs looking for a story.

Wymsey Posted 19 August 2015 Posted 19 August 2015 Just a pitty he isn't younger. He'll be hard to replace as he's quite a unique sort of striker - pace, great on the ball, forward-thinking with movements.

Sampson Posted 19 August 2015 Posted 19 August 2015 It shows the explosive pace we've had over recent years when as quick as Vardy is, I actually think Llpyd Dyer was even quicker, but I don't think I've ever seen a player as quick as Dyer in his prime.
Soar Fox Posted 19 August 2015 Posted 19 August 2015 Was it Zabaleta or Kolarov who did his hammy chasing Lloyd a couple of years ago? That was funny to see.
J.Lisemore Posted 20 August 2015 Posted 20 August 2015 If he were 23/24, Liverpool Tottenham Arsenal etc would come knocking without a doubt, very pleased we're capable of keeping hold of him, love his attitude and work-rate.
Wrighty22 Posted 20 August 2015 Posted 20 August 2015 Was it Zabaleta or Kolarov who did his hammy chasing Lloyd a couple of years ago? That was funny to see. Pretty sure it was Zabaleta in the cup. I think he faked it, just didn't want to be chasing him down for 90 mins. And I don't blame him.
Jonezy Posted 20 August 2015 Posted 20 August 2015 Sorry for derail, but man, I really miss Lloyd....
