Just watching game on sky's game of the day. If you went today and supported the boys, you were unreal in the noise you generated. Outstanding effort.

We played like the real deal. As usual we did our best to throw it away but we came through in the end. We were excellent at times today. The third goal in particular is the best goal we've scored all season in my eyes although I haven't actually watched it back. Just one of those goals where you think in your head "do that... yep, then that.." just every little movement of it was on-point. Great stuff.

We look a serious side this season. Reached the point where I genuinely think we could finish in a Europa place.

West Brom were shocking, probably the worst side this season.

Actually that's probably not fair, but they were certainly the worst side to watch we've seen this season.

I've never seen a team start to waste time 1-0 up at home after 35 minutes before: Absolutely unbelievable negativity from a side who seemed intent exclusively on winning set pieces within 30 yards of our goal rather than attempting to do anything in open play.

As for us we played ok; we've played better this season on a number of occasions but it was pleasing to see us win a game in which we were unable to create many clear cut chances.

Ulloa and Vardy do not work as a front 2 without a number 10 to link the play. The fact that neither of them are comfortable/competent at dropping off the front and linking with the midfield stunted our play through the middle in a way which doesn't happen with Okazaki in there.

Mahrez I thought had a poor game but once again he's proved himself a match-winner. Very little on RL I agree with but he does sprinkle "star dust" on what is otherwise a very competent top flight side.

Good game though (thanks to us). Referee was pathetic for both sides.

Bit disappointing to see 4 of our players not sporting the poppy on their shirt today. Would be interested to know their reasons why.

I was uoset with them not supporting #sikhlivesmatter

# Was this the best full game from city this season.??

# Was this One of the best 3 games from Schlupp??

# Yes for the 1st time in years, we are getting descisions going our way

# Forget their penalties, nobody mentions the disallowed goal.

# Just after Vardy hits the post a defender goes across him, sticks his leg out and trips him...

Oh this discusion on Schinji or Ulloa. Many posters forget both their runs ,they do off ball runs or covering the right space

when the opposition is breaking out.Not forgetting both always, but always put in a shift. In our style of football those

3 points give others space when attacking and time to set, when defending.

OMG I bet when you get Salmon, Lobster and steak, you say naaa, Fish chips and top it off with chicken mushroom pie.

Not enough chances , I believe 8 alone in the 1st half. AWAY TEAM dont forget.

Nick picking...better keep to picnicking.

I just hope Mahrez keeps having poor games, and scores 2 goals..

I raised this problem with set pieces against the Saints where Simpson was marking Pelle and again it happened again today with the near post. Simpson can not be left responsible for big men at set pieces. At best he marks the post.

Over critical of One incident I know but it keeps happening.

The home match in March could be a test of patience for the crowd. If they are that negative at home then away could be coma inducing.

Great win at a tough place to go against a negative team.

Only real gripe is defensive set pieces. Really is my pet hate, so obviously shit every game and shouldn't be conceding so many goals from them. Basic stuff.

But wba are such a boring cheating side and im glad we beat em, i thought they played absolute turgid football

Not really sure what you expect from us set piece wise. If they have 7 or 8 over 6ft players and we have 3 there is also going to be a mismatch somewhere. Conceding only 1 against a team of West Brom's height isn't bad. What I would say is I would revert back to our tactic of parts of last season having everyone back and having 2 men on the posts. Atleast the volume of bodies makes it difficult to get free runs and headers on the ball.

Man did all of that get deleted? No animosity allowed these days.

Schlupp was poor today, didn't look confident

Three brilliant bits of play by Vardy- the run and shot in the first half, the flick just wide then the run and composure to finish for the goal.

Unrecognisable player from even 9 months ago.

That flick though!

Brilliant, brilliant day today. That's two of my favourite away days ever, both at WBA and only six months apart.

Our goals - and the crossfield balls between Mahrez and Albrighton, particularly in the first half - reminded me of seeing Manchester City or Chelsea dismantle West Brom.

The only time I've felt like this about a City team before was that Sunderland 5-2 game. Hopefully this time we keep our stars for a bit longer and see what happens.

Another great result I missed it as were in Fl on Holidays. Any links so i can see the match or even the goals.

Were really buzzing now teams can't live with our pace up front. Long may it last.
