shen Posted 31 October 2015 Posted 31 October 2015 I thought we were lucky today. WBA had a stonewall peno first half and while their man fell over easily for the peno that was awarded, we would have been screaming for it ourselves if Vardy was on the receiving end. Mahrez' second looked clearly offside and we got away with a lot of small freekicks. We nearly conceded at the end too and Pulis will fairly feel a bit hard done by. Not that I care, because we were able to exploit it and get another superb three points. We weren't really that good but with Mahrez and Vardy you will just always have a chance of a goal. Ulloa looks rusty and is even slower than I remembered. One more thing, I really do not like Dyer coming on when we're protecting leads. He's nearly cost us big time twice.
Fox42 Posted 31 October 2015 Posted 31 October 2015 I remember saying the Championship was the best league in the world...
foxfanazer Posted 31 October 2015 Posted 31 October 2015 Watched it on a stream but was just wondering how good Kasper's save was at the end against Lambert. Looked very good to me
Guest MattP Posted 31 October 2015 Posted 31 October 2015 CHAT SHIT GET BANGED More tissues needed for MOTD, but a lovely hangover with the league table reading the paper tomorrow.
johnny the fox Posted 31 October 2015 Posted 31 October 2015 pulis is a twat..moaning about bad decisions...what about their pen and our "offside" disallowed goal..one eyed cant..
Carl the Llama Posted 31 October 2015 Posted 31 October 2015 I remember saying the Championship was the best league in the world... It was when we were gracing it.
Carl the Llama Posted 31 October 2015 Posted 31 October 2015 That was a massive result today, lose and they would have been 2 points behind us now they are 8 thats how much difference a win makes in this league I'm like 90% sure your maths would work in every league.
Leicesterpool Posted 31 October 2015 Posted 31 October 2015 Might aswell get the champions league patches sewn on the shirt now
Fox92 Posted 31 October 2015 Posted 31 October 2015 Fvck me my last three visits to the Hawthorns, including today, have been Leicester wins. Wonderful. We were absolutely fantastic today. Did not deserve to be losing at half time. The win was justified and I don't know what Pulis is moaning about. West Brom were awful. I wouldn't like to watch a Pulis team every week. Not talking about anything else apart from staying up. 40 points is still the target.

Fox92 Posted 31 October 2015 Posted 31 October 2015 Anyone? Was difficult to see from where I was sat but it did look like he spread his body well. Got worried after they scored their second.
Heart-Shaped Fox Posted 31 October 2015 Posted 31 October 2015 Great win at a tough place to go against a negative team. Only real gripe is defensive set pieces. Really is my pet hate, so obviously shit every game and shouldn't be conceding so many goals from them. Basic stuff. But wba are such a boring cheating side and im glad we beat em, i thought they played absolute turgid football
I blame Wellens Posted 31 October 2015 Posted 31 October 2015 Great win. Vardy and Mahrez world class. Even Simpson did really well. Why we give a toss about McLean is beyond me. Sing 'for' the team.
VLC86 Posted 31 October 2015 Posted 31 October 2015 I saw Kanté give the ball away once today, think it's the first time he has ever done this. Not good enough.
foxfanazer Posted 31 October 2015 Posted 31 October 2015 Riyad showed today why he is virtually undroppable. Frustrating start to the game and you couldn't have argued if CR brought him off but then he crops up with two quality finishes from clever movement (1st goal). He's now a match winner
CosbehFox Posted 31 October 2015 Posted 31 October 2015 Listening to BBC West Midlands after the game was a pleasure. Every West Brom who came on said we were a good side with two of them saying that they would rather watch a game like that with us involved than win playing the likes of Sunderland. That's incredible to hear
Guest MarshallForEngland Posted 31 October 2015 Posted 31 October 2015 I think people are being a bit harsh on Pulis in terms of his post-match comments. His full interview is nowhere near as bitter as those few quotes suggest: http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/34689349He is very honest about how good we were and how poorly they defended for their goals. I think he comes across really well in this interview to be honest and I'm not even a Pulis fan.

Heart-Shaped Fox Posted 31 October 2015 Posted 31 October 2015 Very poor marking for the corner, too easy. Just seen it again on sky. Wba barely do anything else all half
fuchsntf Posted 31 October 2015 Posted 31 October 2015 I keep looking at the league table, takes me everytime 25 secs to find city. Bottom 4 No!! Bottom 8 No!! , .....Is there a typo??? Bottom half, in mid-table!!! NO...Slipped back into the Championship.... ??? THERE oh my dad up above , look, look dad they are sitting , not after 3 games but after 11 games , 3rd, Dad you told me I shouldnt swear, but dad FFS we are bloody 3rd, playing excellent football. Yup seen live the longer v ersion, and to his credit, he comes across well and is fair, and his comments on the pens, were factual not spitefull.
