Can someone confirm the above table for me please? Is it real or is it taken from a game of Championship manager? Because according to this table we are THIRD after 11 games in the Premier League :chant: and ABOVE Manchester United. Man Utd!!!

Amazing game, amazing team. I've literally never seen team spirit like this from any team in any sport.

Yes it's true,

If you do this quick test! Turn your device upside down.

Up the City Lads and Lassies have a great evening :scarf:

We might have got lucky in terms of decisions (although the penalty he gave was never a pen) but we were bloody miles better than them in open play. They were always a threat from set pieces as you'd expect from a team with so many tall players and good crossers but we comfortably outplayed them and 2-3 flattered them on the balance of play.

That third goal was absolutely sublime.

He's clearly not a shit manager. He'll keep them in the league, that's why they got him. They sold their soul to the devil though, they used to be a great footballing side.

great chant pal you should write poetry

There once was a man from Sheff

He scores every week, he's the best

His names Jamie Vardy

And he's having a party

Chat shit and get banged like the rest

So relieved we didn't go for him when Nige was nearly sacked. Yeah he does what it says on the tin but just imagine having a season ticket to watch that. You won't get Leicester City rocking up every other week

In fairness we haven't played many of the top sides yet, if we're 3rd after 16/17/18 games then it's proper dreamworld.

Who are the top sides though. Man city and arsenal are about the only quality sides this year. Once upon a time it would be Liverpool, man utd, spurs, Everton, Chelsea as well, but this year we could get a result against any of them.

Leicester really are extraordinary just now and what odds would you ever have got on both Vardy and Mahrez  two of the Premierships leading scorers at the same time. ..no praise is sufficient for them

I'm so glad Ulloa found himself utilised once more and Albrighton combined his ability to cross a ball with the vital ingredient of making sure there was both purpose and accuracy to the delivery.

I just hope all our reserves were there to watch the efforts of the first team and to learn the lesson of what can be achieved with the right attitude and commitment.

I'm still looking at our points tally and marvelling at how much we've achieved in the season so far and wondering how much more can be achieved because in this so-strange season for some of the seemingly best teams on paper I'm really not sure that anything is out of the question.

Confidence and pressure are massive factors in football and we have the first in abundance and are now enjoying the right sort of pressure - the positive sort - rather than being weighed down by the presures of a relegation scrap. Yes, I know Claudio wants his 40 points and I agree with his outlook completely. But what a lot of stepping stones we seem to be taking on the way towards the possibility of adventures beyond those 40 points.

Happy days. And so well done. We're so compelling to watch and a media dream team.

I remember a grown Arsenal fan telling me once that the offside rule was that "one defender had to be between the GK and the attacker". I am convinced 50% of football fans don't actually understand the laws of the game.

You're giving approx 49.9% of fans way too much credit.

I, of course, DO know and understand the LAWS of the game.  As the 2 teams I've got in the county cup tomorrow will testify.  They never argue with me as I am always right.

The traditional top 6 plus Everton of course - We've played mid-table and down so far, and look likely to be the best of the rest as it were, but there's still the bigger teams to play and to determine whether we're genuine europe contenders. Come out of December with 8/9 points and then we can really start talking about a European tour.

Anyone heard his comments, did he watch the same game as me? maybe i'm wrong but as for claiming Mahrez was offside, didn't it get deflected of a West Brom defender so Mahrez couldn't be offside, correct me if I'm wrong?

Don't worry your pretty little head about that rule love!

Amazing day, not quite as good as last years trip but fvck me, comes close. Vardy's goal was unbelievable, weird how this year you just know he's putting it away when he's through instead of hitting the keepers legs or sommet. We were very loud today too.

They were on the wrong side of the decisions today so can't really blame him. Needs to teach his team how to play football, though.

thanks, I'm wrong, deflection doesn't count, has to be played by a defender.

Huh?  What has to be played by a defender?

The offence is committed when the ball is played by a member of your own team.  What happens after that, who it hits, who plays it is neither here nor there.
