End of the season

Recommended Posts

Going into the season, I wanted a top 10 finish - an improvement on last year.

After seeing how well the team is performing, I'm expecting a top 5 finish.

We aren't going to drop off like people seem to think. There's no reason to think we will, but there is plenty of reason to expect us to finish strong like last season. I've said it somewhere on here before, but this does feel like our Championship winning season.

Where do you think we will finish come the end of the season?

And

What are your minimum expectations for the end of season?

In Leicester...

Completion of the Belgrave Circle..

Would be more than happy with 10th

Even though I'm guilty of leaning towards a different thread, my comment does relate to the OP's qestion in the title!! Just. My aspirational expectation is that we spend the next four - six months submitting plans and dealing with contracts to expand the stadium. I know WHU only won three of their last 21 games last season, but even if we became that bad overnight, we'd almost certainly stay up regardless. We're hopng for so much more. We're playng footie that is attractive to any potential signing. The stadium hums and crackles on matchdays. Shed-loads of dosh coming in next season. Never been a better time to do this. Would love to see the cranes move in mid-May.

We aren't going to win the league, we aren't going to finish top four and we aren't going to get relegated so I'd like us to have a good go in the FA Cup. Seeing us play in the semi-final or final of the FA Cup would be wonderful.
