Guest Col city fan Posted 14 January 2016 Posted 14 January 2016 For anybody who has been slating Kasper over recent months, bow your heads. He was immense tonight and has been mostly for a long time.
Chester Dontlie Posted 14 January 2016 Posted 14 January 2016 Amazing! All we need is an Incredible Hulk version. Incredible Huth Raw Dykes beat me to it but here comes another...
Vardinio'sCat Posted 14 January 2016 Posted 14 January 2016 Aren't they west ham fans? oh what it is to be young. Wish I was!
dogadug Posted 14 January 2016 Posted 14 January 2016 Don't think i've ever heard a set of fans as angry as the Spurs fans after the game today. Hilarious to listen to
enmac Posted 14 January 2016 Posted 14 January 2016 So cheesed off that I haven't backed City once this season- what a bummer! Claudio- I've promoted you from genius to god status!
Vardinio'sCat Posted 14 January 2016 Posted 14 January 2016 Kasper played well, but he has always been a decent shot stopper. It's the rest of his game that lets him down. Not tonight thank you.
ScouseFox Posted 14 January 2016 Posted 14 January 2016 Not tonight thank you. without re watching the game id be willing to bet he still put over 50% of his kicks straight out of play
VLC86 Posted 14 January 2016 Posted 14 January 2016 without re watching the game id be willing to bet he still put over 50% of his kicks straight out of play Standard.
Vardinio'sCat Posted 14 January 2016 Posted 14 January 2016 How were the scenes on MOTD? Gary was so happy he did a k**b gag!
maddog Posted 14 January 2016 Posted 14 January 2016 One of the best away atmospheres I've ever experienced. All the chants, all positive towards our players with a smidgen of left side right side. Congrats to all the fans for singing their hearts out for ninety minutes in upper tier block 46. And to the players and Claudio I salute you.
TheLittleBigMan Posted 14 January 2016 Posted 14 January 2016 Can see a wages earning performance from Claudio in the second half of the season. That press conference, knowing your getting the question "Surely now you think you can win the league?" - over and over again. Can he pull the "40 points" line for the rest of the season? Or is he lacking the depth??

SSCN1926 Posted 14 January 2016 Posted 14 January 2016 Great guys! I have see the match tonight , like the last four and almost another ten this year of Leicester... With Reds , Citizens and Bouremouth is missed a thought of luck ( specially with Bouremouth , where they lack two points) , but great prestation too those , specially for intensity of game. Sincerely i don't belive in a win tonight , but i was confident at least in a draw... The win is absolutely right and important . Very big prestation of Fuchs and Kantè (really TOP player) , but all the defense did a great job. Good so. Sorry like always if there are some errors in the post , but my english isn't again soo good. Un saluto da Napoli. Go FOXES !
WesMorganGod Posted 14 January 2016 Posted 14 January 2016 awesome result.. Kasper and Drinkwater were both superb.. the best players. joint top of the prem!!!!
Albert Posted 14 January 2016 Posted 14 January 2016 Absolute smash and grab tonight. We frustrated them from the start and our tactics were spot on. Patiently waited for a chance and we took it! Would of loved to be in the away end tonight but had to sit in corporate Spurs end. Never been so satisfied getting thrown out of a ground for celebrating a winner!!!
MC Prussian Posted 14 January 2016 Posted 14 January 2016 Not tonight thank you. His kicking was meh to very meh.
foxes161 Posted 14 January 2016 Posted 14 January 2016 the fact we were 2 mins from winning twice there in the space of 4 days...we are the better team
Babylon Posted 14 January 2016 Posted 14 January 2016 Why am I sat here even more pissed off about Mahrez missing the Bournemouth penno!
stretch1965 Posted 14 January 2016 Posted 14 January 2016 Don't think i've ever heard a set of fans as angry as the Spurs fans after the game today. Hilarious to listen to Were they saying we were "Fackin Lackay baaaastads"
suffolk fox Posted 14 January 2016 Posted 14 January 2016 What a great night that was. Never has it felt so good in beating a team whose fans are so delusional they believe they are Barcelona Real Madrid rolled into one. Try telling them that possession stats mean naff all all that matters is the stat in the top left hand corner on any tv screen in the world at the end of a game. Thought we kept our shape well all game, yes they had a lot of possession, Kanes chance apart where Kasper put it onto the bar I thought they were not great. The amount of times they fell over, or Kane commiting cynical fouls not punished by yet again a poor referee who seemed to give them corners when he felt like it. A great team performance and what a bloody header, one of those slow motion moments where it seemed forever before it hit the back of the net get in you beauty.
weller54 Posted 14 January 2016 Posted 14 January 2016 Listened to the second-half on RL and watched Clash du Jour on the Beeb later. Schmeichel has a lot to be proud of, and Huth's goal...well, if the Spurs defence are that effective, why was he left with a free header? The fvckers have nowt to whinge about - it was right out of the Nat Lofthouse Heading Manual, and I could watch it again and again. I'm not sure if it was Shearer or the other expert analyst (Danny Murphy - I forget) what said that opposing teams are running out of ideas as to how to break down City's defence! Mahrez sounded like he was only doing half a job last night - Ian Stringer commented that he wasn't cutting out much of the traffic initiated (by Davies?) down Spurs left. I'm not at all suprised that neither he nor Vardy are leaving scorch marks on the pitch at the mo - I was surprised that Vardy was already back in the team after having an op. even if it was a minor one. However the team appear to have adjusted to take care of that - for the time being. I read the Guardian blow-by-blow report and some Spurs fan ('Michael' - he know who he is - I wish I did!) had written "Most Spurs devotees wanted to lose, what a disaster [presumably the 2-2 draw]…now, this game we want to win and handily…4-0 Spurs". It doesn't work like that, son - it's called football - Santa has packed up for this year and sleighed away - ho,ho,ho. What a knob-head you are, Michael. ....like pretty much ALL spurs supporters!.. Cocky Deluded cvnts!!
ozleicester Posted 14 January 2016 Posted 14 January 2016 Just saw a few minutes highlights.... That Drinky volley ... and Kasper
