Biggus Posted 13 January 2016 Posted 13 January 2016 Great performance and more importantly a win when all around dropped points.
Corky Posted 13 January 2016 Posted 13 January 2016 It's horrible to watch, people see our attacks on MOTD and think we're this sexy classy attacking team. We're really not. We're an extremely defensive and pretty damn good counter attacking team. We've changed our style a bit. First 10 games we were excellent but too open at the back. We were having to score 3 to win. Now we're keeping clean sheets and starting to nick games. Defensively we've improved and it's probably come at the expense of some attacking play.
one F in Fox Posted 13 January 2016 Posted 13 January 2016 Wow!!! I'm knackered after that, I feel like I've played! Lost my stream so put on R/L and we scored straight after. Great result, I don't think we were shoking at all, it was a great professional away performance. We're just not conceding silly goals anymore. Clean sheets against Man City and Spurs! It's no coincidence!
ThaiFox Posted 13 January 2016 Posted 13 January 2016 I despise Spurs more so than ANY other club (it stems from being a 12 year old at Wembley in 99) and this victory just feels sooooo good! I don't care I'm freezing my arse off on my way back to my car, this was worth it and more! We're joint top midway through January!! 8 points clear of a CL spot We're going to ****ing do this!! Roll on Villa in 3 days You are not the only one! Luckiest team in the P/L and the most loathsome team too
Arkie Bennett Posted 13 January 2016 Posted 13 January 2016 A superb win, but I bet Liverpool get the headlines tomorrow.

LanguedocFox Posted 13 January 2016 Posted 13 January 2016 Huth's header was so perfect. Power, precision, timing, everything about it was spot on, can't wait to see it on MOTD later. Vardy clearly not fully fit but he did well. I thought Okazaki was a lot better today and actually looked like he could cause problems. Hard to pick a MOTM but Fuchs might edge it for me again. He makes playing that position look so much easier than it is. Kasper was quality as well. Albrighton looked a bit lost at times but even when he isn't having his best came he is capable of creating something, like the dribble and cut-back that led to the crazy goalmouth scramble we should have scored from. Perfect away day. I watched a stream and only saw the second half, but I thought Ulloa was immense when he came on. He seemed to be everywhere - defence, attack, and playing lovely touches laying off the ball to other players. My man of the match, if I had to pick one of 14 brilliant performers!
Bluetintedspecs Posted 13 January 2016 Posted 13 January 2016 That is how a top 4/ title chasing team plays against a fellow top 4 side. Perfect away performance against a very good Spurs side, who we stifled! Fvcking amazing!
The Doctor Posted 13 January 2016 Author Posted 13 January 2016 "Chas & Dave, what's the score, Chas & Dave what's the score?" Aren't they west ham fans?
My Nads Posted 13 January 2016 Posted 13 January 2016 Now we just need to knock em out of the cup to really piss them off!

Ranieri really is a brilliant tactician. He's looked at how to stop conceding goals and it's working. If you can then nick one (like we should have done v Bournemouth) then happy days!

Defensively we've improved and it's probably come at the expense of some attacking play. weve basically done exactly what all our critics said we should do. we were never going to carry on winning every game 3-2 because vardy was eventually going to stop scoring. so we need to win 1-0 instead. now they criticise that instead. we're still winning.
Finn Claw II Posted 13 January 2016 Posted 13 January 2016 What a lovely header, no jump just bang. Love the Spurs player near the line desperately trying to clear it. Defensively solid, a threat going forward. What is not to like?
Lionheart10 Posted 13 January 2016 Posted 13 January 2016 That was a big win for us tonight, opened up a gap,top 4 a real possibility now. Spurs are a good side it's just that we are better.
Trurofox Posted 13 January 2016 Posted 13 January 2016 So happy, made up for Sunday disappointment. Now lets knock spurs shite out of fa cup.
davieG Posted 13 January 2016 Posted 13 January 2016 I thought Pochettino was going to burst into tears after we scored
fazzyfox Posted 13 January 2016 Posted 13 January 2016 When Claudio asked the players what their new target should be a couple of weeks ago I do believe they shouted out in unison " World ***kin domination"
Adster Posted 13 January 2016 Posted 13 January 2016 Fantastic stuff.. THE LEICESTER BUBBLE HAS BURST!
My Nads Posted 13 January 2016 Posted 13 January 2016 Aren't they west ham fans? They all sound the same to me!
MC Prussian Posted 13 January 2016 Posted 13 January 2016 When Claudio asked the players what their new target should be a couple of weeks ago I do believe they shouted out in unison " World ***kin domination" It's fair to say he meant another 40 points. Didn't you read the memo?
4everfox Posted 13 January 2016 Posted 13 January 2016 2nd on goal difference. 3 points in front of Man City. 7 points in front of Spurs. 10 points in front of Man United. 12 points in front of Liverpool. 20 points in front of Chelsea. 25 points in front of 18th. You can't make this sh@t up! I think it's officially safe to say that we are the best team in England right now! Bring on Barcelona!
