He's spent most of his footballing career in Italy and France. He probably doesn't even realize we make out own cheese in England...

Send Inler back to Napoli in a swap deal with Higuain. Tell them it was a case of mistaken identity and it was Higuain we were after and not Inler.

Inler has looked good recently. I want him to stay.

Milik is the one for me but I reckon someone like Kevin Gamiero would b ideal & he's not getting much game time at Seville. I'm sure whoever it is it'll b almost complete anyway.

We definitely need cover at the least so even if it's just someone like Bamford on loan I wouldn't have a major issue with that.

January isn't the best time to get first choice players, especially from abroad if they need time to adapt. Kramaric is a good example I suppose.

If we can't get any of our main targets I'd take a punt on Adebayor til the end of the season.

No doubt I'll get shot down for the suggestion but he'll guarantee us goals, works hard and will fit perfectly into our system.

I wouldn't worry about him disrupting the changing room either as the senior players/manager wouldn't let it happen similar to when Collymore came.

It's defo worth a look in my opinion

I voted for Puncheon. Don't think he would actually be any good for us and I would be surprised if he is in the frame, however with his name he should have been a defender in the bad old days of the 60s and 70s when a defender could do almost anything on the pitch short of GBH.

Would love to see Loic Remy......but it would upset the apple cart if they ended up paying his £80k + wages. Shane Long would be great but his fee for a 29yr old doesn't make good business. You may laugh at this one but Jackson Martinez is in a similar situation at Athletico Madrid to Kramaric....a cheeky loan bid may work?

Does he fit our system though? I think there are better options out there personally, although I admit slim pickings. If we are struggling to get who we want, then I agree, could be worth a risk. He is a better option than Ulloa anyway.

 

Would much prefer Remy but maybe Adebayor still has something to offer for 16 games..

I thought he was still with a club. Had no idea he has been without a club since the summer. He could take ages to get up to speed, especially with our style.

 

If we weren't so desperate for someone to come in and make an instant impact, then I would consider it but knowing this now, I don't think it's worth it unless we fail to get other targets...

You are Mr Positive aren't you  :D

 

To be fair, we have done without Kram for the whole season, even when he has been here, so no dramatic change there. I also think Claudio has someone lined up, judging by his smug interview earlier.

 

Hopefully see someone signed over next few days
