GingerrrFox Posted 31 January 2016 Posted 31 January 2016 Personally don't want Remy, he's just a mercenary these days. 29 years old and his game is based on pace which will start waning soon. If we can't get a big player (Musa, Lacazette or Aboubakar) I'd genuinely rather have Gayle, who at this stage of his career has more to prove.
Nuge Posted 31 January 2016 Posted 31 January 2016 11.5 million bid accepted apparently Ben Jacobs is that you?
Nickfosse Posted 31 January 2016 Posted 31 January 2016 John Cross of the mirror now saying that Ranieri is expecting Remy to join us. Can't see where he is quoting previous sources.
Bagworthblue Posted 31 January 2016 Posted 31 January 2016 My favourite is the 11 year-olds that tweet: "according to my sources..." Fvcking 11 year-olds with sources! to be fair - you would kinda forgive 11 year olds acting like this - they are acting their age. it is adults that make crap up and try to inflate their egos by pretending to be in a position of knowledge (and hence to them power) that concern me !!! we are what we are, we are who we are, like it...or not
Bagworthblue Posted 31 January 2016 Posted 31 January 2016 No Remy for Chelsea looks like this is on read backwards - he is injured - has been for a week
Guest Posted 31 January 2016 Posted 31 January 2016 Is he playing today? No, he's hanging about at the KP near a chopper
americanfox Posted 31 January 2016 Posted 31 January 2016 My favourite is the 11 year-olds that tweet: "according to my sources..." Fvcking 11 year-olds with sources! You never know! In the US for baseball, there was this then-16 year old named Chris Cotillo who started to break stories about baseball's equivalent of transfers, and now he's become one of the biggest real sport journalists in the country.
Finnegan Posted 31 January 2016 Posted 31 January 2016 Imagine we get him, he scores a bucketload and we need to win at Chelsea on the last day to be champions. That'll happen if we sign him on loan, of course... If he signs permanently, he'll be injured for the rest of the season. Tbh if we need to beat Chelsea last game of the season to win the league, I reckon Chelsea would put out their u15s and score at least three own goals just to wind up Wenger.
Bob Weasel Fox Posted 31 January 2016 Posted 31 January 2016 Is he playing today?NoThe excitement builds Looks like we will be buying a crocked player :whistle;
RedSoxUK Posted 31 January 2016 Posted 31 January 2016 Maynard on the bench for MK Dons, could be worse...

Been laughing about that sort of possibility with my missus yesterday. Couldn't wait to see the Wenger interview after the last match.
Raw Dykes Posted 31 January 2016 Posted 31 January 2016 Maynard on the bench for MK Dons, could be worse... Glad we dodged that bullet.
MC Prussian Posted 31 January 2016 Posted 31 January 2016 read backwards - he is injured - has been for a week "Injured" as in properly injured or "injured" as in "in talks with another club"? Glad we dodged that bullet. Get that classy old Maynard thread out again. Mainly because of the Bristol City viewpoint at the time.
