Harry - LCFC Posted 31 January 2016 Posted 31 January 2016 You don't have to pass a medical to sign for a club But clubs will often choose not to sign a player who isn't fit to play, especially if he's needed immediately.
LegendOfJoe Posted 31 January 2016 Posted 31 January 2016 I reckon we would take Remy if he had a slight calf strain...we need a striker but not immediately, Still have our normal three
Brainy Posted 31 January 2016 Posted 31 January 2016 I don't know how serious his injury is but we're gonna need him for 5 months and he'll be injured for the first couple of weeks i'm sure we'd take the punt
fox_favourite Posted 31 January 2016 Posted 31 January 2016 How will he pass a medical if he's injured? The same way we get through matches on a Sunday morning when we pick up an injury..magic water!
Bluetintedspecs Posted 31 January 2016 Posted 31 January 2016 "Apparently", "I understand", "According to"...are there any journalists or insiders out there who actually "know" anything and who earn their crusts by finding things out, or genuinely deducing them, themselves? You missed a source close too and according to 500 frantic and desperate Foxes Talkers
KP Fox Posted 31 January 2016 Posted 31 January 2016 How will he pass a medical if he's injured? I don't think it will be a problem passing the medical with a minor injury. What could be a problem is his well documented dicky ticker.
SheppyFox Posted 31 January 2016 Posted 31 January 2016 I'd actually forgotten about his heart issues, wonder what the specifics are?

justfoxes Posted 31 January 2016 Posted 31 January 2016 Said on the MK v Chelsea match Remy was injured ? What injury and has that changed our plans?
AKCJ Posted 31 January 2016 Posted 31 January 2016 At least it isn't quoting professional moron Ben Jacobs. Is that the bloke who successfully trolled all of you?
KP Fox Posted 31 January 2016 Posted 31 January 2016 So Remy is on but Musa isn't. Sneaking suspicion that Niang might be a possibility again.
Guest BlueBrett Posted 31 January 2016 Posted 31 January 2016 Always thought Remy is quite a classy looking player. Bit greedy at the best of tiimes though and obviosuly has a point to prove so if he does come in I hope he doesn't upset the balance
volpeazzurro Posted 31 January 2016 Posted 31 January 2016 Controversial posibly but for me this is spending money for money's sake. 1. Unlike our other signings hardly one for the future. Not hungary or up and coming just a mercenary who can perhaps turn it on when he's in the mood. 2. Injury prone to say the very least and his only motivation is to perhaps get to the Euros for his last chance, then what? Back on the sick list to collect his huge wages like the past few years. Chances are it will be another spurious calf injury. If we can't get the players that we really want at the moment then don't waste 10 million on this numpty just stick with what we've got before the club gets lumbered with a huge 3 year wage bill as well as the initial fee. There's a reason Chelsea have not been playing him, so much so when Costa was out they chose to play with without a recognised forward.

And to have him on the books next season if we do make it to Europe means we add depth upfront for those Wednesday/Thursday Saturday/Sunday cycles. If we finish in the top four, we've already made the money back that we spend on him.
