Swiper Posted 1 February 2016 Posted 1 February 2016 Because he went to QPR from Marseille, obviously to be lazy and get money (not to play in the Premier League), then went from QPR to Newcastle on loan because QPR couldn't afford to keep him when they were relegated (clear money grabbing again). Then get this, he went to Chelsea a CHAMPIONS LEAGUE TEAM AND WON THE LEAGUE WITH THEM. All for the money. Not to further his career or anything. And then to top it all off, he had the nerve to go and have a poor 20 minutes against Arsenal.

When you add his career goals to games ratio to the above I can totally understand the hissy fits people have been having.
Robin JD Popley Posted 1 February 2016 Posted 1 February 2016 Rob Dorsett has just said Remy & another 'un-named big name striker' now our main options. Gayle and Musa interest waining... get it done!!!!!!

AKCJ Posted 1 February 2016 Posted 1 February 2016 If he just wanted a pay cheque for nothing, he'd stay sitting on Chelsea's bench, as opposed to trying to get out on loan for playing time ready for the Euros. To play devils advocate...I've not seen a single quote from the lad saying this. Rob Dorsett has just said Remy & another 'un-named big name striker' now our main options. Gayle and Musa interest waining... get it done!!!!!! how the **** can you get an un named big name player? Just sounds like the type of thing to keep people glued to their television screens to watch the ultimate berk that is jim white.
SecretPro Posted 1 February 2016 Posted 1 February 2016 Ibrahimovic? PLEASE THIS. I'll take Ayew aswell though
Robin JD Popley Posted 1 February 2016 Posted 1 February 2016 Haha, I think by big, they mean 'bigger name'. We've got to go for the jugular. Ayew would be a decent addition. Still Remy for me though, take the risk... we may never get this chance as a club again.

Robin JD Popley Posted 1 February 2016 Posted 1 February 2016 Remy is now our main priority. Let's just get this sorted out. We better not cock this up!
Jakemoore Posted 1 February 2016 Posted 1 February 2016 Rob Dorset stated that the stumbling block is that he doesn't want to leave Chelsea permanently. Let's just hope we can convince him and that he'll be happy enough to join us.
tyfox Posted 1 February 2016 Posted 1 February 2016 Pls come to us loic because diouf just doesn't cut it
Finnaldo Posted 1 February 2016 Posted 1 February 2016 Just give him 100 grand a week and the key to the fvcking City please just not Diouf
Robin JD Popley Posted 1 February 2016 Posted 1 February 2016 Just him 100 grand a week and the key to the fvcking City please just not Diouf THIS. We paid Yakubu 50k a week in the Championship. The Championship!!!
richm77 Posted 1 February 2016 Posted 1 February 2016 Don't want a player who doesn't want to play for us he would rather not play for Chelsea musa stated he wanted to join us so pay the money and get the lad signed up
desertfox2 Posted 1 February 2016 Posted 1 February 2016 If he is such a greedy fooker no interest in playing just picking up a pay cheque as some are suggesting then why does he want to leave Chelsea to give himself a chance to go to the Euros?
Robin JD Popley Posted 1 February 2016 Posted 1 February 2016 If said 'greedy ****er' (we have no proof of this either) wins us the league/gets us into the CL, I couldn't care less.
Jakemoore Posted 1 February 2016 Posted 1 February 2016 If he is such a greedy fooker no interest in playing just picking up a pay cheque as some are suggesting then why does he want to leave Chelsea to give himself a chance to go to the Euros? Remy has never stated that he doesn't want to sign for us. He just wants to stay at Chelsea and fight for his place next season. I think that's fair enough. It's now down to us to convince him to join.
ramboacdc Posted 1 February 2016 Posted 1 February 2016 listening to remys demands it makes me realise i hate the money grabbing ****! as for dijouf......id rather get kramaric back
STUHILL Posted 1 February 2016 Posted 1 February 2016 listening to remys demands it makes me realise i hate the money grabbing ****! as for dijouf......id rather get kramaric back His demands? He is keen on a move but wants a loan because he wants to try get in the chelsea team again once they have a new manager in the summer... He could quite easily say no, I would prefer to sit on the bench and not play but still collect my wages until the summer. Hardly a mercenary. I would be wanting the same thing to be honest if I was a pro and had no affiliation with Leicester. Hope we get this done. Loan suits us too. Surely we can pay 50-60k of his 80k wages for 6months, while Chelsea cover the rest. No point for them to have him sat on bench.

Doubt we'd pay his current wage with a permanent deal

I think that's fair enough. It's now down to us to convince him to join. Completely agree. To be fair, a loan move would probably be a good move, with the option to buy in the summer. Then, if he doesn't fit in with our work ethic typeoff players,we can send him back. If he's a fit, then we can buy. A win, win
SecretPro Posted 1 February 2016 Posted 1 February 2016 Just get him in now FFS. Our only real option that will have any effect on the standard of our striker force.
