FoxinNotts Posted 1 February 2016 Posted 1 February 2016 Getting this Remy thread back on track..... Is it happening then, or what?
MPH Posted 1 February 2016 Posted 1 February 2016 Tony Pulis is among them. No better manager to kill off a strikers career. He's happy to sell him... its the chairman who is stopping it...
Robin JD Popley Posted 1 February 2016 Posted 1 February 2016 No idea what you are rambling about. the player has to want to come here as well tho... Apparently he did. We've just been pushing and pushing on a striker whose release clause we won't meet. It's not hard to understand Babs; we never, EVER go - 'Right, this player will transform us from being a provincial team into a bigger club'. IF we do make the Champions League, I'm sorry but we will get run ragged with this side against a good lot of the squads in Europe. Even though we are playing well as a unit in our domestic league, I can't imagine us winning many games in the CL with this squad. Not necessarily our first XI but there's no depth of quality. The cup game against Spurs at home should have shown that.
Guest glasgowfox Posted 1 February 2016 Posted 1 February 2016 People need to take a chill pill...we have kept our top players which I would have taken at the start of the month without doubt...our squad have a very close allegiance.... A big time Charlie on twice as much money could be a bigger risk than signing nobody....just my opinion guys
MPH Posted 1 February 2016 Posted 1 February 2016 Babs, I mean on our playing staff. We've always been the same. As I said earlier, this is why Cloughie always said he'd never come to us. We are not a risk taking club - we ALWAYS play safe, which bemuses me, given where we sit in the league. Take the risk, roll the dice... become Champions or at least a Champions League side. Think Big for Once! Administration?
ramboacdc Posted 1 February 2016 Posted 1 February 2016 Getting this Remy thread back on track..... Is it happening then, or what? no that died a long time ago!

Good job we're not playing in the Champions League this season then isn't it? Seems like there will never ever be a time when people aren't whinging about something!
Robin JD Popley Posted 1 February 2016 Posted 1 February 2016 Administration? THAT was because we were stupid with money when we had none. Now we do have money... I know its hard for us to let it sink in still, but we are top of the most competitive league in the world. Let's not let go of that hold and grab a chance for once. We've always been the also rans. This could be our big moment!
FoxyPalace.com Posted 1 February 2016 Posted 1 February 2016 Even Watford at the cow shed are signing players like fook.

EnderbyFox Posted 1 February 2016 Posted 1 February 2016 Remy or no-one apparently. Not looking good. How frustrating. Better pray Vardy doesn't get injured

ramboacdc Posted 1 February 2016 Posted 1 February 2016 How frustrating. Better pray Vardy doesn't get injured every tackle now i will wince.
Guest CityFan 06 Posted 1 February 2016 Posted 1 February 2016 If it really comes to it if Remy does not come tonight can we not just complete the loan deal a couple of days after the window shuts? Or is that not possible? Might seem an obvious question...
The Doctor Posted 1 February 2016 Posted 1 February 2016 He's happy to sell him... its the chairman who is stopping it... Sort of entirely missing the point (that Pulis is too negative to let a maverick like Berahino thrive) but hey ho.
sphericalfox Posted 1 February 2016 Posted 1 February 2016 If it really comes to it if Remy does not come tonight can we not just complete the loan deal a couple of days after the window shuts? Or is that not possible? Might seem an obvious question... Subsequent loan window is Prem to CCC, not Prem to Prem.

Harry - LCFC Posted 1 February 2016 Posted 1 February 2016 Right lads, I think we all know the score by now. This thread is currently on 39 pages, that's another 61 we need to get him to sign.

This could be our big moment! How do you know what money we do or don't have? Or are you suggesting the owners should write off more cash to appease you? We had money back then also, we took risks though that you are asking for now and it back fired.

FoxyPalace.com Posted 1 February 2016 Posted 1 February 2016 What I dont get is this deal apparently been in the pipeline for 3 days or so, why are we struggling so close to the wire.
