red5 Posted 19 April 2016 Posted 19 April 2016 We need to replace Vardys pace with pace. Somewhere in the team at least. Therefore I'd bring Jeff on to the wing and Mahrez in the hole. The groundsmen will have that covered.
ARM1968 Posted 19 April 2016 Posted 19 April 2016 We just need to do what Tottenham would do, play our game and despatch Swansea. I believe we have the players. We are playing very well. Our form is immense. Warriors on the pitch will bring the 3pts home. Keep the Faith guys'n'girls.
jim5000 Posted 19 April 2016 Posted 19 April 2016 At least if Ulloa comes in Albrighton will have some to aim his crosses at. Mahrez really needs to be the man in the next two matches tho.
Legend_in_blue Posted 19 April 2016 Posted 19 April 2016 Mahrez has to play through the middle and then it's a choice of Schlupp, Albrighton and Gray for the wide positions. I would drop Okazaki and play Ulloa up front. If our attacking options aren't working second half, that'll likely be down to Mahrez having another quiet game, then bring on Okazaki to harry and chase. Hopefully this won't happen.
biggs Posted 19 April 2016 Posted 19 April 2016 So we had a train wreck in charge v West Ham.......Time to bounce back with 4 wins in a row to cap off this brilliant season. All aboarrrrrred !!!!
Bob Weasel Fox Posted 19 April 2016 Posted 19 April 2016 At least if Ulloa comes in Albrighton will have some to aim his crosses at. Poiseuille Posted 19 April 2016 Posted 19 April 2016 Ulloa and Okazaki will roll back the years. Big and small partnership. Believe me. Albrighton cross, Ulloa knock down, Okazaki toe poke in. Old school style. This is happening. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
MakingEmileOfIt Posted 19 April 2016 Posted 19 April 2016 Would be nice to go in at half time 2 goals up. The longer it stays 0-0, or if Swansea go ahead the nerves in stadium will be obvious! I see Spurs winning 3 and drawing away at Chelsea, meaning we just need to win our two home games. Simple, eh?
Lionator Posted 19 April 2016 Posted 19 April 2016 These guys are absolutely atrocious at defending set-pieces. Ulloa has to play.
ARM1968 Posted 19 April 2016 Posted 19 April 2016 For me it has to be Ulloa up too with Shinji at 10. Crosses got more to aim at. Set pieces better. Later bring on Gray, Amartey, Schlupp and destroy them with pace.
FireFox Posted 19 April 2016 Author Posted 19 April 2016 It's probably the biggest game in our history.Until the next one.
NewEnglandFox Posted 19 April 2016 Posted 19 April 2016 https://streamable.com/snjr i expect mahrez to play in a position like this.
Finn Claw II Posted 19 April 2016 Posted 19 April 2016 I'm confident about this one. Last time we had a dodgy ref (arsenal) we picked ourselves up and won games. I'm predicting 7 points from the next 3 games. Mahrez and Ulloa 2-0
gdl9050 Posted 19 April 2016 Posted 19 April 2016 Surely Swansea will want Nathan dyer to win the league!
GeorgeTheFox Posted 19 April 2016 Posted 19 April 2016 Although I think Ulloa should start I do worry what the plan b would be should we need it. Could Okazaki make an impact off the bench?
FireFox Posted 20 April 2016 Author Posted 20 April 2016 Surely Swansea will want Nathan dyer to win the league! Forgot about this. So who else for the bench then? Assuming Ulloa for Vardy. Schwarzer, Wasilewski, Amartey, King, Gray, Schlupp... + Dodoo? Chilwell? Inler? Muskwe?
Kendal Fox Posted 20 April 2016 Posted 20 April 2016 Obviously when Vardy wasn't scoring, his pace was still keeping the opposition unsettled and his assists were still helping us win games. So could Schlupp perhaps try and mimick Vardy, finding the gaps with his pace and forcing the pressure in a similar way?

maynefox Posted 20 April 2016 Posted 20 April 2016 Swansea will come to the KP and sit deep. they will look to frustrate us in this way and even if Vardy was available, they would again sit deep making Vardy's role as a runner in behind rather ineffective. We've seen it with quite a few teams from the lower part of the division coming to the KP and playing this tactic recently. The time is for the big-man up front (with Okazaki) I have 100% faith these two will do well come Sunday.
simon789us Posted 20 April 2016 Posted 20 April 2016 Going to be tough without vardy but I'm sure we will be up for this one 3-0 city
stripeyfox Posted 20 April 2016 Posted 20 April 2016 This really feels like a must win, even if it is not mathematically speaking. Would be nice to get an early goal to settle everyone down.

foxes161 Posted 20 April 2016 Posted 20 April 2016 Time for Mahrez to step up Badly need 3 points here...
DennisNedry Posted 20 April 2016 Posted 20 April 2016 If Spurs beat West Brom (which is very likely) and we fail to beat Swansea, Spurs become favourites for the league imo.
