ScouseFox Posted 6 June 2016 Posted 6 June 2016 doesnt really seem necessary. weve got mahrez and albrighton as well as schlupp and gray. he'd be fighting it out with the latter two to make the bench not the first two to make the team. imagine he's on decent whack and it just generally doesn't seem to work. obviously if riyad goes we need a new wide option but hopefully we'd get a better/cheaper one than this and maybe push dimmy gray up the order.

Well, he played 27 games this past season, scoring ten goals and adding seven assists in the process, two more than the season before. That's pretty impressive for a 19-year old and speaks for his workrate and teamwork. Despite his height (6ft something), he's quite skillful and agile. I think he's also worked on his physique and gotten more robust, he reminds me of a rather fast and solid BMW up front these days.

I'd take him in a heartbeat, one of the best up-and-coming left-backs in Europe. Sadly, I don't think there's room for him right now with Fuchs in the side.

Sadly, I don't think there's room for him right now with Fuchs in the side. its not even about room, you could even potentially put him on the right side as a inverted full back, he has done it before. Its just a player linked with Real, Barca, Arsenal, PSG, etc is not going to come here. But yea I really rate him too, his performance against Real was really good in both games; and his set piece taking is amazing something that we sorely lack.
