Wasn't it mata who said footballers get paid a ridiculous wage and he would do it for less and has never haggled over a contract just accepted what a club has offered him
sm1 Posted 11 July 2016 Posted 11 July 2016 I'd personally take him if we get rid of De lat i'd also take Blackett. Was discussing this with a friend earlier. I know he made a few mistakes but i personally like Blackett, and think with some Ranieri magic, could be a good CB or LB.

In order of importance (in my opinion) I think we need (players like, not necessarily these specific players) 1. Carvalho or Lemina but would love both (not too unrealistic if we play 433 but would be expensive) 2. Someone to play the CF/Cam role, would love Max Meyer or Lorenzo Insigne but probably both realistic. Luan would be good. In an ideal world someone like Mane would be perfect here for that role but obviously gone Liverpool. Can that Sisto play there or is he primarily a winger? 3. Keane Get these in and ship out Inler, Benalouane (sorry Benny ) Just spend some money now city, we've got it. We're not just going to pick out another 400k Mahrez every time unfortunately, were gunna have to pay for the best now. PL champions and CL status, looking to extend the ground etc, rich, good reputation etc, we need to be proactive with signings and improve the squad- we might not ever be in a position like this ever again!
