TheUltimateWinner Posted 13 May 2017 Posted 13 May 2017 Great goal by stoke! Arsenal too busy crying Lovely handball didn't even spot it

FireFox Posted 13 May 2017 Posted 13 May 2017 Wenger in! Genius not substituting the injured Sanchez.
fazzyfox Posted 13 May 2017 Posted 13 May 2017 I'm off, if Stoke aren't going to bother then why should I, "on the beach, on the beach, on the beach"
The Horse's Mouth Posted 13 May 2017 Posted 13 May 2017 seriously how has Mark Hughes kept his job for so long

Tuna Posted 13 May 2017 Posted 13 May 2017 Found this gem on the Stoke City oatcake forum: We just roll over under hughes 90% of the time. Poor team selections again, no use of subs, (surprise). Even when the first half was poor. Our midfield is too slow, Arsenal have so much time on the ball and we don't put any pressure on them. No intensity, creativity, and no plan B once again How many more times can the rimmers keep rimming? I am done and sick of this Shit Hughes serves up week in week out. We are so ****ing shit its laughable Pulis' football is better than this.

Stoke Watford Southampton West Brom West Ham Leicester Swansea Palace The latter 3 did something about it. That's 8 clubs between 8th and 17th who want(ed) their manager sacked. "What do Southampton fans expect. They're a small club who belong in the relegation scrap"
Tuna Posted 13 May 2017 Posted 13 May 2017 Whilst listening to five live earlier, the commentator on the Bournemouth/Burnley game clearly said that Josh King is, behind Harry Kane and Dele Alli the 3rd highest scoring Englishman in the Premier League this season.

Haha. Tbf Josh King looks English, sounds English and has an English name.

True But tbf if it's your job to know about premier league footballers then maybe the commentator should do his job properly and do a little bit of research.

Isn't it only about two weeks ago you brought this up when he scored and I pointed out that maybe you should hold off declaring him brilliant as many strikers have gone through hot streaks of form before disappearing from trace, and you agreed, and now you're back going on about it again. You're ripping into people for calling him shite, he still might be shite. He might not score for another 20 games like many before him. Just cool then cockiness maybe?
Wymsey Posted 13 May 2017 Posted 13 May 2017 Reckon Arsenal will clinch fourth-place. Wenger will stay on and the majority of Arsenal fans will be unhappy again. He's had moments and situations where he's 'bottled it' in the past, but genuinely feel he's been harshly criticised and, in some cases, under-rated by a good proportion of their fans. Be careful what you wish for, etc.

It don't matter if he don't score any more goals. He's scored 16 goals this season to keep Bournemouth in the Pram League. Ie he's done exactly what he was signed to do. Which was the only point I was making. Over and out
