Chico1958 Posted 14 May 2017 Posted 14 May 2017 Schlupp got the pen I still like the guy and Hull are down........ oh well
Nalis Posted 14 May 2017 Posted 14 May 2017 That Schlupp run reminds me of his performance against Swansea and run into the box for the 3rd or 4th goal.
Dan Posted 14 May 2017 Posted 14 May 2017 Hull have crumbled at the worst time. I think it's a shame they're going. They've actually exceeded expectations for me. Fully expect Silva to end up at somewhere like Southampton.
Jattdogg Posted 14 May 2017 Posted 14 May 2017 When was the last time we didnt have a battle for who goes down on the last game of the season? Seems like its been awhile but i could be wrong. I believe that i said awhile ago 35 points would be safety. Might just happen
Nalis Posted 14 May 2017 Posted 14 May 2017 The championship next season could be even more open than usual as there's no obvious Newcastle style favourite going down from the Premier League.

For however good their home form was, two points since September away from home was always going to hinder them and one rough result at home left them on shaky ground. We needed those seven points from the away games we've managed.
Matt Posted 14 May 2017 Posted 14 May 2017 West Ham stadium looks empty from the aerial view they've just shown!
murphy Posted 14 May 2017 Posted 14 May 2017 Really I wanted Swansea to go down, for their fans, to get Siggurdson and because no Welsh club has any business being in the EPL. Hull had a bit of a story going. Massive underdogs with a half fit squad at the start of the season, Silva breathing new life into them etc.
The Horse's Mouth Posted 14 May 2017 Posted 14 May 2017 Glad Hull have gone down tbf, I like Silva and in a way wanted the soccer saturday lot to look like right mugs, but he'd have gone regardless at the end of the season and it'd be a 19 team premier league because they'd be dead and buried. Always quite liked Swansea too, think it's partly for how much I hate Cardiff

They're one of 5 clubs in our league system from Wales, and they have been for year, I've got no problem with it.

I wonder how the Welsh feel about the English team that wins their league every single year.

If they want to pretend they're a proper country they should start behaving like one instead of piggybacking off the English whilst hating us for it.

They joined the league over a 100 years ago, when they were the only Welsh teams. You can't get rid of them now, it would cause havoc. Enjoy the quirks of things like that don't bemoan them.
AjcW Posted 14 May 2017 Posted 14 May 2017 Well this is utter shite Not sure what's happened to Liverpool, turgid slow football nothing like what Klopp is known for or indeed how they played when he first joined. They need 5 or 6 signings at least!

You're the one getting pissed off at a couple of Welsh teams being in our league For the record I wouldn't support teams from other nations joining foreign leagues now, e.g. Rangers and Celtic, but the Welsh thing happened a 100 years ago, it was a different time.
lgfualol Posted 14 May 2017 Posted 14 May 2017 Cya later Hull. That's what you get for starting the season with 13 players (and beating us).
