Why the fook is Joe Ledley in the side when King isn't?

Could King grow that beard?

I think you've answered your own question.

No, but seriously who picks joe Ledley instead of Andy King

I just "broke radio silence", having managed to avoid hearing the score until I got home after 7pm to watch the game (stealth required).

I haven't read back in the thread to when we scored, but I can imagine there were scenes wherever you were all watching.

Kane absolutely shouldn't start the next one, by the way...

Throwback to when Wales were the best team at the euros

Surely that's the last we have seen of Sterling now in this tournament?

Time to go and join Shaun Wright-Phillips and other one dimensional players with no end product in the US

Bit harsh - he's a kid, got chucked in at a major tournament, had an amazing 5 minutes and has struggled with expectation ever since.

He clearly didn't have great advice around him either, because although leaving Liverpool will prove a good thing for him I expect, the way it was handled was poor.

Hopefully not too many scars are left on him and Pep can install some confidence and composure in him that will lead to a better end product.

He's still got time on his side to come good - and let's be fair, he's being managed by Hodgson, many a player struggles under him.

Do you think it helps or hinders us at tournaments? Because surely Germany have a majority playing in the Bundesliga as well?

Helps the manager - makes it easier to watch potential squad players / evaluate them, and where you have a few in one side you can try and pick up and drop what they do at their club into your international team...

... just a shame Roy went for the Spurs route. (Italy got it right by using Juve's back line)

Are England the only country at the Euros to have every squad player playing in their home country club league?

are wales the only country at the euros to have no squad players playing in their home league?

What about both the Irish teams?

Yeah there were scenes as you put it way. I nearly put my foot through the television.

crikey, what a day. my head hurts quite a lot now. id make some post match analysis of the game but i can barely remember the first half and all i remember of the second was our goals and that blatant handball from them welshies.

them celebrations though. no passion.

Who else thinks Scouse didn't go out, get drunk and being a Lad but instead was sending out some fake posts whilst sat in his mums basement in his skidded pants watching the game whilst vigorously wanking into a Krispy Kreme donut?
