sm1 Posted 13 August 2016 Posted 13 August 2016 If we play 442 with Danny and king, we will. Been saying for a while, we need to play 3 CMs but Ranieri seems obsessed with 442. Hopefully Hull is a wake up.

I've no doubt Musa will be our top goalscorer this season
FireFox Posted 13 August 2016 Posted 13 August 2016 Zieler Hernandez - Morgan - Huth - Fuchs Mahrez - Drinky - Cambiasso - Albrighton Okazaki Musa
tyfox Posted 13 August 2016 Posted 13 August 2016 Not sure if it's fitness or attitude or both but mahrez looked a yard behind the pace today. I think he needs dropping but the thing is we all know what he can do in the blink of an eye

How anyone could have watched today's game and still think it will is astounding.

Guest CityFan 06 Posted 13 August 2016 Posted 13 August 2016 Okazaki made was one of the biggest impacts as a sub today and it's true we seemed to miss his link up play, and partnership with Vardy. The Vardy & Musa partnership will work, it just needs time to click. Albrighton back in, I'd actually play Schlupp but that's unlikely now. I think we will see Kapustka come on at some time, prefebaly when we're winning. We really need a good home performance next week from both the fans & players to reinstall the energy back. We know the difference our atmosphere makes, so let's keep 'that' reputation up. There's absolutely nothing wrong with pointing out a poor display/defeat, but after this defeat the players will need the backing from the fans as they return to Filbert Way for the first time this season. It works both ways of course but our home crowd was a real factor as to why we won so many points at home last season. Despite the result today I'm looking forward to being back at the KP for the first home game of the season.

Guest CityFan 06 Posted 13 August 2016 Posted 13 August 2016 Schmeichel Simpson Morgan Huth Fuchs Mahrez Drinkwater King Albrighton Vardy Okazaki. I would've chosen Schlupp, really not keen on us selling him.

foxes21 Posted 13 August 2016 Author Posted 13 August 2016 Albrighton RW Schlupp LW would certainly be a good option to have this year, it worked really well at Norwich away.
Vacamion Posted 13 August 2016 Posted 13 August 2016 Is Albrighton fit? Didn't he take a knock against Barça?
st albans fox Posted 13 August 2016 Posted 13 August 2016 Suspect Claudio will go for safety. That's 4 defeats on the bounce similar to man city last dec expect 4-5-1 in some guise
GaelicFox Posted 13 August 2016 Posted 13 August 2016 Today was wake up we needed KP will rock we win this one !
Spicer Posted 13 August 2016 Posted 13 August 2016 One problem looking back is I though with both Ryhad and Gray cutting in most of the time is that we were to narrow when Musa and Jamie are both in the middle as well. That is why I think we should put either Albrighton or Schlupp in who more often stay wider. Also we were not dynamic enough in midfield, lack of physicality. But out biggest problem was that not one of our player could honestly hold their heads high after the match, not one person played well. Kasper Simpson Huth Morgan Fuchs Mahrez Drinkwater Armarty/Mendy Albrighton Vardy Musa
Danno Posted 13 August 2016 Posted 13 August 2016 Schmeichel simpson morgan huth fuchs mahrez drinkwater amartey albrighton musa vardy
UPinCarolina Posted 13 August 2016 Posted 13 August 2016 It's not King, it's King and Drinkwater. They don't work well together. They are fine separately, but don't seem to gel when they are both on the pitch.
