Load of Bollocks, the sun can FOAD.

They are only good for free tickets to the sea life and cheap holidays.

This is a rehash of a story that was reported in The Sun at the end of August, which also linked him with Liverpool.

The so called sports reporters probably looked at all the players who had signed new contracts and thought King? check. Schmeichel? check etc etc...Fuchs...no new contract. Lets invent a story that he's unhappy because he's not been offered a new deal. Next they'll be reporting the same thing  but with Huth.

It's all nonsense so treat it with the contempt it deserves.

Caught a glimpse of this NFL show. I think there might actually be a bit of truth in his aim to become an NFL kicker. I don't know loads about American Football but, according to the pundits, he's got some genuine ability. With a little practise, he could make it in the NFL! Maybe it was a little tongue in cheek but he seemed to back it up with some comfortable field goals.

He has said since he arrived he wants to play NFL after this contract. We don't even need to offer him more as he will have no sell on value and under contract. His wife and family live in the states and that's where he is going.

We may have offered him more as a reward but his agent will want more. Who would accept a first offer that would be silly. So an obvious story leaked by his agent. So not so much fiction just a 2+2 story unless he has a good offer from the NFL. Could we get the first transfer fee between the epl and the NFL?

Hasn't he been quite clear he's planning to see out this contract and go to the MLS? Why'd he even be interested in new contract negotiations?

I thought the idea was that he would be here for 3 years before retiring in America?

The Sun's motto has always been "Don't let the truth get in the way of a good story"! "All players want longer contracts" + "He hasn't signed one yet" = "He wants out ASAP"' 1+1 = 3.

he has been amazing for us and to think we got him on a free transfer, at some stage he wants to go to America but I hope we can keep him for the next few years and then chilwell can take over the reins
