Guest Cujek Posted 18 September 2016 Posted 18 September 2016 Load of Bollocks, the sun can FOAD. They are only good for free tickets to the sea life and cheap holidays.
Tuna Posted 18 September 2016 Posted 18 September 2016 This is a rehash of a story that was reported in The Sun at the end of August, which also linked him with Liverpool. The so called sports reporters probably looked at all the players who had signed new contracts and thought King? check. Schmeichel? check etc etc...Fuchs...no new contract. Lets invent a story that he's unhappy because he's not been offered a new deal. Next they'll be reporting the same thing but with Huth. It's all nonsense so treat it with the contempt it deserves.
Webbo Posted 18 September 2016 Posted 18 September 2016 Football player wants more money. How unbelievable, it must be a plot by the London media.
Fox seen in Norwich Posted 18 September 2016 Posted 18 September 2016 The sun miss interpreting top when he said give Fuchs all
mozartfox Posted 18 September 2016 Posted 18 September 2016 What to Sky 'sources' say? They are the people ITK.
Sharpe's Fox Posted 18 September 2016 Posted 18 September 2016 If true it's because we have a direct replacement literally waiting for him to leave.
ARTY_FOX Posted 18 September 2016 Posted 18 September 2016 So essentially. The sun is making up a story. Shocker.
jammie82uk Posted 18 September 2016 Posted 18 September 2016 He was on the NFL show after match of the day last night and said he was here for a further 2 or 3 years
Clever Fox Posted 18 September 2016 Posted 18 September 2016 Yes he's always said this would be his last Contract in Europe as he and his wife had planned to settle in America. I think his wife earns even more than he does.
LAprice_ Posted 18 September 2016 Posted 18 September 2016 Caught a glimpse of this NFL show. I think there might actually be a bit of truth in his aim to become an NFL kicker. I don't know loads about American Football but, according to the pundits, he's got some genuine ability. With a little practise, he could make it in the NFL! Maybe it was a little tongue in cheek but he seemed to back it up with some comfortable field goals.
Wasyls Pec Deck Posted 18 September 2016 Posted 18 September 2016 he is playing like he wants a new contract. Was superb yesterday. Not my money, but give him a new deal I say! Best LB in the league and could get a better contract in January most likely.
desertfox2 Posted 18 September 2016 Posted 18 September 2016 Not worried in the slightest. This will get resolved. Didn't seem to bother him against Burnley or Brugge
car1os Posted 18 September 2016 Posted 18 September 2016 I think we should just tell The Sun to Fuchs Off, I thought his plan was to go to America in two years anyway...
sylofox Posted 18 September 2016 Posted 18 September 2016 He has said since he arrived he wants to play NFL after this contract. We don't even need to offer him more as he will have no sell on value and under contract. His wife and family live in the states and that's where he is going. We may have offered him more as a reward but his agent will want more. Who would accept a first offer that would be silly. So an obvious story leaked by his agent. So not so much fiction just a 2+2 story unless he has a good offer from the NFL. Could we get the first transfer fee between the epl and the NFL?
fazzyfox Posted 18 September 2016 Posted 18 September 2016 7 hours ago, The Doctor said: Hasn't he been quite clear he's planning to see out this contract and go to the MLS? Why'd he even be interested in new contract negotiations? 7 hours ago, AKCJ said: I thought the idea was that he would be here for 3 years before retiring in America? The Sun's motto has always been "Don't let the truth get in the way of a good story"! "All players want longer contracts" + "He hasn't signed one yet" = "He wants out ASAP"' 1+1 = 3.
foxy boxing Posted 19 September 2016 Posted 19 September 2016 he has been amazing for us and to think we got him on a free transfer, at some stage he wants to go to America but I hope we can keep him for the next few years and then chilwell can take over the reins
