truebluethroughandthrough Posted 21 September 2016 Posted 21 September 2016 Tbh, I think it's much more likely to be the 'yanited' biased press going with this bullsh1t than coming from the man Maureen. No quotes -no story.
stevelcfc Posted 21 September 2016 Posted 21 September 2016 Pretty sure only a couple of days ago the top brass at UTD were quoted as saying they won't be spending in Jan.
Footballwipe Posted 21 September 2016 Posted 21 September 2016 As little credence as you take this with all considering. I think a collective blowing of brains out might happen if we lost Kante and Drinkwater for a combined £62m, considering one alone is worth that to us, at least.
foxy boxing Posted 21 September 2016 Posted 21 September 2016 we need to keep him our midfield general, if he goes it could spark an exodus and we don't want that. united are a bit of a mess at the moment
Buzzell Posted 21 September 2016 Posted 21 September 2016 Bastard could you imagine the meltdown on here if we did sell him in Jan?
foxes21 Posted 21 September 2016 Posted 21 September 2016 Just mind games by Jose, wouldn't read too much into this.
steveherbe Posted 21 September 2016 Posted 21 September 2016 £30m plus Pogba plus that little fat bloke they have, Dwayne somebody. Then we can talk. Otherwise no way Jose
GloverFox Posted 21 September 2016 Posted 21 September 2016 ... the usual mind-games from manure .... just prior to what has built into a big game for them they start by unsettling crucial player within the opposition side ... some more cynical folks out there would call it a form of cheating ... but hey, what would you expect from manure but bullshit?
GloverFox Posted 21 September 2016 Posted 21 September 2016 and in any case, I can't see the club valuing a current top flight, in form, England international with experience of winning the Premier League and playing Champions League football for less than 60 million ... so the 'not-so-special one' where's your cheque book?... 30 million hahaha .... bloody jokers!
Clever Fox Posted 21 September 2016 Posted 21 September 2016 I doubt if DD is affected by this. He's clearly very happy here and more importantly he can see the direction we're heading compared to Utd. We're clearly on the up whereas they're sinking fast. Man City is now the big club in Manchester. DD is also such a crucial part of our team that we couldn't afford to lose him so not in the slightest bit worried.
m4DD0gg Posted 21 September 2016 Posted 21 September 2016 Can't believe folk still fall for this Jose crap. hope cobblers do them tonight and us at weekend he will be a dead man walking
norwichfox Posted 21 September 2016 Posted 21 September 2016 Just hope we give them a right royal stuffing at the weekend, fcuking Mourinho and his mind games. He needs to worry about whether he'll be at Manure himself by the time January gets here....somehow I think (and definitely hope) not
sylofox Posted 21 September 2016 Posted 21 September 2016 We hold all the cards and in Jan if and I mean if this happened. Pogba will look cheap.
fuchsntf Posted 21 September 2016 Posted 21 September 2016 Jose will get D Drnkwater before Jan.And Danny cant wait to go, in fact hes looking forward to it ..!! They will be shaking hands and Claudio will be more than happy, to watch them.. Oh, hes going as Leicester player and coming back a Leicester player....This Saturday...
fuchsntf Posted 21 September 2016 Posted 21 September 2016 Leicester want Rooney...they're willing to give Schlupp and Was in exchange...Though to be fair city are expecting, Manu to hand over anoth 1mil to complete the deal....
Guest Col city fan Posted 21 September 2016 Posted 21 September 2016 Mourinho can fook right off! Talk about 'buying the bloody league'! Drinkwater is our best player at present. He's our most important player IMO..one we could ill afford to be without. And I have a sneaky feeling that Jose won't be there too much longer to make a bid for him anyway! Drinkwater is now the one player in our squad that I wouldn't even entertain selling. In what he does, he's pretty irreplaceable.
HighPeakFox Posted 21 September 2016 Posted 21 September 2016 In response to the title, my answer is 'do they heck'.
ScouseFox Posted 21 September 2016 Posted 21 September 2016 30 mill would probs just about afford that little tuft of hair he keeps to try and pretend he isn't going bald
Foxxed Posted 21 September 2016 Posted 21 September 2016 Is this a Fergie inspired mind trick? Clever!
Dan Posted 22 September 2016 Posted 22 September 2016 Not remotely worried. Man Utd think they're Real Madrid these days, all calibre and "rep" obsessed rather than how well they fit into their team or what they offer on the pitch. Drinkwater hasn't got that about him so I doubt they'll actually be interested. It probably is Mourinho up to his old tricks.
yag101 Posted 22 September 2016 Posted 22 September 2016 Squeeze a bit more out of em. Slap a 5-10 mil premier league champion premium on it
