AmarteyAndChill Posted 9 December 2016 Posted 9 December 2016 Teams usually have 3/4 captains on the pitch. Just because they don't have the armband dosent make them any less effective.

StriderHiryu Posted 9 December 2016 Posted 9 December 2016 Could be either Drinky or Kasper. Think Kasper is more the natural leader but could see it improve Drinky as a player in a Beckham-esque way. Beckham never stood out as a leader but boy did it improve him as a player!
DANGEROUS TIGER Posted 9 December 2016 Posted 9 December 2016 I don't think we have anyone, who could successfully take that role on. Maybe it would have to be Fuchs, or possibly Drinkwater.

STUHILL Posted 9 December 2016 Posted 9 December 2016 Kasper or Drinky for sure. Kasper because he has amazing passion and can see him staying with us for the rest of his career. Drinky because he is our most consistent outfield performer, but not sure how long he will stay with us. If he keeps progressing, he could sign for a Spurs or Liverpool type club eventually.

Aus Fox Posted 9 December 2016 Posted 9 December 2016 This is an area I'd love to see the club invest in January. A comananding centre back who can become our leader. I look through the regular starting 11 and don't see a real leader amongst the team. This song a problem until things aren't going well. We need a Steve Walsh, Gerry Taggart type to pull the team together.
thursday_next Posted 9 December 2016 Posted 9 December 2016 Troy Deeney. Alright, he plays for Watford, but at least he can see what's going on here. He could have an earpiece and a small microphone. I don't think Watford would mind.
foxtillidrop Posted 9 December 2016 Posted 9 December 2016 A few months ago Vardy would have been my automatic answer.

Kasper is certainly not a leader off the field. Rarely gets involved with his teammates and has a bit of an attitude problem by all accounts. Drinkwater all day for me, he sets an example on and off the pitch and seems well respected by the other players. I can assure you that you couldn't be further from the truth about your off the field comment.
Stevosevic Posted 10 December 2016 Posted 10 December 2016 Morgan will probably be ok in the championship next season.

So could Kasper. Alot of neutral pundits rate him highly.
