Surely Hernandez and Benalouane are better options.

It's not as simple as just buy 2 CB's in Jan and everything will be fine like FM. 

 

A team ram needs a spine, we have lost our spine from last season and we are struggling. 

 

Look at when KS is out how poor we look defensively, although they look a shadow of themselves, when Wes, Huth or KS is out the team they look lost, can add DD into that aswell. Morgan is also the Captain and although some question his leadership, you can't and don't just drop someone that important just like that. 

 

Yes we need abit more Youth in that position but we need that spine together too, I think we are going to struggle like Chelsea with the absence of Terry last few seasons, we need to evolve to bring someone in but also keep them together for a period of time

It's hard to keep giving Claudio full support when he picks Wasilewski. He ain't even Championship quality anymore, too old, too slow and all you ever see of him is continually sprinting back to get into position. Embarrassing!

I do love a good bit of player bashing but until the end when we were pushing for an equaliser and gaps obviously appeared, their only chance was the first goal.  How is that any more Was's fault than Morgan's?  It was straight down the middle, they were both as culpable.  Hardly a "disgusting" appearance.

Played there for Copenhagen and is also familiar to the position and communication with Morgan whilst playing CM. 

 

We had Drinky and Mendy on the bench today, although they both might not be match fit I'm sure they had enough to last 80% of the game if need be to be on the bench. 

 

We need abit more youth in that position so maybe Amartey could of been the answer today

True and how can anybody be decrying Henandez not playing after the Laurel and Hardy defence show that was Hull away. Wasyl at 36 isn't great but i'd have him infront of Henandez. Infact, I'd put Benny infront of both.

Not saying his performance today was disgusting, though he was at fault for both goals to an extent.

 

Im saying that the fact that he is our 3rd choice CB after winning the Premier League and spending over £60M is disgusting

Kinda sad we sold Liam Moore. Young, athletic and in the first team for Reading (who are 3rd in the championship). I'm not saying he would be a miraculously improve things but he would give you a better option than Was or Hernandez currently. 

I think Amartey will end up at centre back someday. Ranieri has to now be brave and change things.

We went into a season with Huth and Morgan (both 30+) with Wasilewski (36) to come in  Absolute joke.

We should have better back ups for Huth and Morgan, and maybe get defenders to eventually replace them. Wazilewski is just dangerous because he always gives away fouls and tends to use his elbow and because he hardly plays for the first team is always extremely rusty

He was hardly awful or the reason why we lost. Hernandez is far far worse than him and Benny has had about 3 mins in total

Anyone who thinks that we'll easily scoop up a CB in the January transfer window is mad. Unless we've arranged and completed a deal in principle already be it a perm or a loan, forget it. Every team and their mother is after a quality CB, and they are the players going at a serious premium this window.

 

And should this miracle exist, who do we replace? Our Captain? Or Huth?

Yep, the midfield did nothing in the defense, but blame Wasyl. Morgan was not doing his job, but blame Wasyl. Full backs were not where they should be, but blame Wasyl.

He was not Sergio Ramos today, allright, but he was not the crappiest one on the pitch and it's not like only him is to blame for the today's fail. Hell, the second goal was possible, because Morgan was kilometers behind Lukaku and then he stumbled, but well. Let's blame Wasyl. Let's blame him also for all Claudio's poor decisions, that Russian plane disaster, Syrian war and Kim Kardashian's monstrous, ugly arse. It's all totally his fault.

He let the ball bounce for the first goal.

 

Hernandez has had one game at centre half and didn't look too bad. He is not a full back.

 

Wasilewski, at 36, should be nowhere near the first 11.

Easy to make Wasyl your scapegoat when he is rusty hardly getting a game, but Morgan was just as poor today if not worse. Dancing around with Lukaku before he scored the second, should've just mown him down and get a yellow.

Someone needs sacking for our awful transfer dealings in the summer,a centre half should of been one of the priorities, instead we brought in a free transfer and got all sentimental over big Was and gave him another year, we were/are Prem Champions and should of signed a high quality centre back, missed the boat completely.

Nobody is a 'scapegoat' when they are constantly shite all season. Morgan has been, again, poor all season. Central defenders should have been bought in the summer.
