ramboacdc Posted 12 January 2017 Posted 12 January 2017 i wont moan but i will have to look at how to get there and back now with finishing work at 5.
ramboacdc Posted 12 January 2017 Posted 12 January 2017 For anyone struggling with trains the premier Inn next to pride park is currently 38 quid for that night. May be worth staying over there if you can get enough people to chip in. Sent from my SM-G930F using Tapatalk

Voll Blau Posted 12 January 2017 Posted 12 January 2017 There's also a 24 hour airport bus which runs between Derby and Leicester via EMA.

Comfy seats, cheap and no one's going to stop you having a beer on it. Plus, like I say, runs all night if people are struggling for trains back.

If so it's one an hour I think after a certain time but yes it runs and you can have a tinny or two on it, no idea how long it is from Derby to Leicester on it though as surely EMA is a stop enroute.
AKCJ Posted 12 January 2017 Posted 12 January 2017 Have prices been released? I imagine they'll want to fleece us.
KrefelderFox666 Posted 12 January 2017 Posted 12 January 2017 Just now, AKCJ said: Have prices been released? I imagine they'll want to fleece us. I reckon it will be £30. If I remember Derby were always expensive in the Championship along with Leeds. £40+
FraserSorensen Posted 12 January 2017 Posted 12 January 2017 Sky link doesn't look a bad option! Time table here if anyone needs it. Train station forecourt at every hour just before half past coming back. 11.27 12.27 1.27 2.27 https://www.trentbarton.co.uk/services/skylinkderby/timetable

Unless you're going in rush hour it flies along relatively quickly. Probably 50 minute journey overall at a guess?
Ashley Posted 12 January 2017 Posted 12 January 2017 EMTrains have sent all information to their planning department there WILL BE trains back

It's sound that airport bus. Quick and limited stops.

Personally I'm not keen on them for one reason, I got rear ended by one 2 years ago, red light I stopped, sky link behind me didn't and pushed me forward a couple of metres. Didnt know until then that they're Kinch buses. The driver may have made a few late to the airport that day!
Footballwipe Posted 12 January 2017 Posted 12 January 2017 If you think Derbs Police and/or the clubs aren't chucking money at EMT to lay on trains to get a very big % of 5500 back after the game you're on something. The police will want us out of the city ASAP, back to Leicester, our police's problem. There will be trains

Nugent Posted 13 January 2017 Posted 13 January 2017 Never been more happy to live in Nottingham, 21 minute train journey, and trains running until 11.30
