surrifox Posted 1 February 2017 Posted 1 February 2017 A number of names among the list of free agents stand out and might be worth a short contract . Caceres, Meireles, Cole, Lampard - might be something to consider
sylofox Posted 1 February 2017 Posted 1 February 2017 So after a month of a transfer window. That we failed in we are looking at player no one wants. Naahhhhhh forget it.
Ric Flair Posted 1 February 2017 Posted 1 February 2017 Caceres would be the obvious choice and is there anything remotely creative out there?
surrifox Posted 1 February 2017 Author Posted 1 February 2017 And yet people were foaming at our reluctance to pay £18 million for Gaston feckin Ramirez

I'm sure he's been linked with Palace. Anyway I can't see anything coming through the door. Ranieri is obviously happy with the squad.

desertfox2 Posted 1 February 2017 Posted 1 February 2017 Lampard could still do a job. How many games this season could have went the other way if we had someone who could come on for 20-30 mins and have a pretty decent chance of scoring a goal? Experience would help us a lot and he would be a good influence to have around the dressing room. Would probably lift a few spirits too. Knows Ranieri and a Champions league winner.
Guest Posted 1 February 2017 Posted 1 February 2017 Give it a rest we won't get anyone else in now till the summer when there is a mass exodus and we re-build
cc_star Posted 1 February 2017 Posted 1 February 2017 Thought this post would be about managers Doesn't matter what players come or don't if the manager isn't able to get players to do the basics and then motivates them to play as as a unit that's more than the sum of its parts We won't win another game playing how we are & we've lost to all our rivals The change has to be at the top, everything else is window dressing
justfoxes Posted 1 February 2017 Posted 1 February 2017 Can any of these free agents help us out of the Shhhhh we're in ? http://www.skysports.com/football/news/11679/10750365/free-agent-xi-featuring-martin-caceres-frank-lampard-and-raul-meireles
J.Lisemore Posted 1 February 2017 Posted 1 February 2017 Didn't Lampard say that he doesn't want to be involved in a relegation battle?

Unfortunately for us Lampard has already came out and said that although he wants to carry on playing he does not want to be involved in a relegation dog fight & that's us all over right now.

Surely this is where Claudio should be able to pull a few strings I mean he signed him for Chelsea right? Away to Sevilla Super Frank comes on with 25 mins to go you wouldn't bet against him scoring would you? He can't have that many options at the other end of the league sign him up ffs Rudkin/Claudio. The whole club needs a lift right now and a goalscoring midfielder.

Simo86 Posted 1 February 2017 Posted 1 February 2017 Caceres is the only one that stands out providing he can prove his fitness after his lengthy layoff. Doubt we'll be in for him though
justfoxes Posted 1 February 2017 Posted 1 February 2017 Get Lampard I his free kicks alone would be wonderful and his help to the younger players would be superb !!

EnderbyFox Posted 1 February 2017 Posted 1 February 2017 God I would love Didier Drogba. Even if he's shit, it's Drogba.
