Why didnt we sign him (or give it a good go) last summer with the lure of CL. I'm sorry my post are following a trend today but it's eating away at me again, so many wasted chances and opportunities.

Quality players are needed at the club and we don't want to be in a relegation battle like last season. We need to make our intentions clear that we can challenge for Europe again.

MC Prussian Posted 30 June 2017 Posted 30 June 2017 At £10m in the current market, it sounds as if Middlesbrough are desperate to get rid.

Nothing just like last season comes out of his hiding place on the last day of the transfer market and and panics to get players in. This man has no ambition I say sack him and get someone in who can do a much better job.
Callabinho Posted 30 June 2017 Posted 30 June 2017 I certainly don't think for one second Siggy will join us, so maybe Gaston is an option?

This post made me realise that The transfer forum is like an ex you can't stop shagging. you come here drunk, late at night and instantly realise you made a big mistake.

BoroWill Posted 1 July 2017 Posted 1 July 2017 Gaston Ramirez would be a terrible signing for you, I'm not saying that because we got relegated, I'm saying it because he will be good for about 6 months before becoming the most spineless, gutless, useless sack of shit you have ever seen. I was desperate for us to take the £15m in January from yourselves, we didn't and now we'll be lucky to get £5m.

Strong statement, I'm sure I could name a few players from the Sven era that would rival that claim
waylander Posted 2 July 2017 Posted 2 July 2017 Would take him as back up if musa mahrez mendy go but is a hit and miss player. Confidence player. No good in a dung fight.

vanity Posted 2 August 2017 Posted 2 August 2017 Guy didn't fit here. Dangerous player to have the locker room with so many key young players. Shame, his talent would've been close to ideal at that price, but there was a reason he was so cheap and now headed to BFE.
