We have Gray, Marhez and Albrighton and Iborra so link up so I think we would be looking pretty strong if we get Ineanacho.

Sure, if we can get the ball to our MFs. Right now, eh, seems dicey. We need another back who can bring the ball out. It is just too easy to sit in front of our MFs with numbers and force our backs to either bring it out or hoof it. That really feels like the last bit we need to well and truly evolve. Well, if I'm honest, we really need a back who can bring it out AND who is lethal with the pass. If we can find that, yes, we'll be looking strong with our linkage.

If we'd had that vs. Athletico, might well have made the semi-finals.

If he was good enough he wouldn't be being sold ... that's FACT

he is falling short at Man City and isn't good enough for them

and if he banged in a hatful last year he wouldn't be being sold

so it's not rubbish ... it's logic

i think he can progress but he is not a guaranteed sure thing ... let's see how he reacts to being pushed out

He's being sold because he doesn't fit Pep Guardiola very limited tactical plan. He would have probably featured heavily for any other coach, including Mourinho, Conte and so on. And his stats are on the level of Kylian Mbappe.

Pep messed this one up royally. The guy scored and assisted vs Manchester United and then went on to play one minute in the entire month of November. Sure, he may not be flashy, but in November Manchester City struggled to find the back of the net and their best finisher couldn't even get 20 minutes of game time...

His greatest asset is high accuracy shots from anywhere in the box and as long there is a top striker to take attention he'll be alright,  very unselfish and gives loads of beautiful assists.

Actually he has high accuracy shots from anywhere. Not necessarily in the box. He can take long shots as well and I can see him becoming the designated freekick taker.

it would be great to see them as a deadly partnership and hope they can work on their understanding together "the Nacho and Vardy show!"

Can't wait for pep to flop again this year and get the sack the stupid flash slap head :D

I hope Pep stays at Man City as long as possible (at least until the buy back clause expires). Nacho doesn't fit Pep's play style and I believe he's too stubborn to essentially admit he made a mistake by buying Nacho back.

It was a little behind Vards, but then again if it hadn't have been the defender would have probably intercepted it. I'll give Nacho the benefit of the doubt on that one lol

I can't wait for him to play alongside Vardy, this is the most excited I've been  about our attack since the Collymore/Heskey days.

After watching the game last night, I thought exactly that!
Excellent prediction. In fact, IF Riyad stays, this attack could be even better!
Fingers crossed.

A Vards Nacho partnership is mouth watering, if they hit it off it could be prolific. My biggest concern though is Mahrez, he's far and away the most creative player we've got, he will create the openings for the front 2. If he goes, or simply isn't interested. What then?

V9 has got his wrist strap back on. He means business.

So has Simmo, no idea why.

More of a sweat band than a fibre cast as he wore last Season but I do agree he looked sharp!

Vardy's second only came about because of Mahrez's skill. No Mahrez, no Iheanach run, no Vardy finish. Without Mahrez we'll undoubtedly still score, but the Vardy Iheanacho partnership will get far fewer opportunities to score - something that's worth a fair few league points and positions.

Nah, he calculated it before he even signed. Always one step ahead.

Vards pointed behind him to show that's where he wanted it, didn't he?
