Accrington are very close to gaining promotion.

A win at home to Yeovil next week would do it, even a point possibly.

They'll be OK. Good to see Macc might come back up and hope Tranmere join them. Feel sorry for Torquay United fans tbh they belong in the football league.

Joey Barton has a silver tongue and is box office. At first I was surprised he got a job because I had no idea he wanted to manage but then I realized he is Joey Barton and could talk himself into one. His press conferences are going to be wild.

Wouldn't want to be in the Fleetwood dressing room if they're a few goals down at half-time or lost heavily..

It's individuals like him, who clearly isn't a role model, that should stay away for the good of the game.

Congrats to Luton. Back in League One. Docked 30 points and relegated out the league 5 years ago (which, weirdly, seems like yesterday).

It was 9 years ago, they spent 5 years in non-League.

I think we're assured of the playoffs now and with Wycombe' s loss we still have a chance for the automatic.

Last minute winner for Lincoln. Felt for Colchester, had an injury time winner disallowed for offside. Lincoln go straight up the other end and get the winner. A win against Cov scum on Tuesday guarantees the play offs.

Congratulations to Wigan Athletic for returning to the Championship after a one-year absence! :appl:

 

Grandiose season, with the FA Cup matches adding to an already impressive fixture list. Great to see our very own Callum Elder doing very well also.

 

Blackburn could still be caught by Shrewsbury for the second automatic promotion spot, but I think the Rovers are too far ahead to let it slide this late.

However, would love the Shrews in the Championship also.
