Ah that's where he went wrong... he should have been wearing his football boots not his slippers.

Thats the trouble with modern day football boots though... they offer the foot almost zero protection compared to  a couple of decades ago.  All in the name of getting a better feel /connection with the ball, apparently...

Chirst some of you panic more than a woman thats just got a spot

No panic. I think people are quite annoyed that a number of new players have come in and haven't been able to play due to injury. Especially when we had Vardy playing with a busted wrist (admittedly players use their feet/toes more than wrist!), and others have played entire seasons (and close seasons) without rest (Wes).

Quite a bit of money here!!

  • Mendy
  • Slimani
  • Iborra
  • Iheanacho

Have I missed anyone?!

Yeah, I've read that. The club/players need to change that. No point having better feeling/connection with the ball if you never get to kick it.

"He still made his full debut for the Foxes last week as they got their Premier League campaign under way against Arsenal, lasting 82 minutes of the 4-3 defeat at the Emirates Stadium." - Did i miss something? Did he start the game and come off on 82 minutes?! Or is this article slightly misleading?

He's been training- I'm guessing it will be an injection for the match, then a few days' rest.

Seems strange this one. The bloke's given a bit part at Arsenal but deemed fit enough to make his debut for eight minutes. He hardly touches the ball and then we hear he's  got injury problems again.

Why do I get bad vibes about the lad and why has something always seemed amiss about the fact of his coming here?

Just imagination I suppose...but some people just seem to carry problems around with them and all the bother over his image rights - and his resulting lack of preparation time - hardly helped.

On the one hand we've got a striker who's regularly given his all with his broken wrist in plaster. On the other, well, I don't know what we've got apart from what seems like the start of an ongoing headache.

Jesus, is he your new Gray?  Lad comes on in a friendly and assists then picks up a knock.  Plays for a couple of minutes at Arsenal, picks up a knock and suddenly he's trouble?  Do you like to look for the worst in people?  Or is it just young are guys who better than football at you?  Classic Foxestalk this is.  X

Stick him in the ice chamber, turn the dial to maximum and leave him in there for double the usual time (after all, Wasilewski often used to kip in it overnight). Sorted. You can see why my spell at Belvoir Drive as sports injury scientist was short lived.

lol best treatment for a sore toe is a solid punch in the arm. Would take his mind right off it

He'll not start against Brighton. whats the point? They'll be all over us like a rash first few minutes and some clever dick has let it slip that hes got a  suspect toe injury... all it would take is one 'accidental' stomp/kick and then will be him off for the game and maybe a few more after that.

If its still level after 65 mins we might see him. Bsides. Oka scored... bit harsh to drop him...

So it's a broken toe.

Not great news.
I may have missed it, but I didn't read anywhere that is broken.

Some suggested he was wearing slippers and got stood on roughly, but I didn't read broken...
