How about, play gray on the left side, Marc on the right and riyad behind vardy..... Sorted:thumbup:

Riyad is crap there for some reason, if you want to play all 3 Gray should play central, where he plays a lot for England U21s

Don't know what you've seen but this is the only post I saw... If anything looks like he's been told he will get some minutes tomorrow.

Do I need those 3D glasses to see the hidden message in where DG throws a hissy fit? Man U are up next. That's all.

When will FoxesTalk stop moaning about Gray moaning? Gray has about five threads where we criticise his instagram post/transfer rumours/smile when walking down the tunnel/choice of barber.

He's young, he's talented, he believes he can be a lot better than he is given match time, he's fairly mardy. He's showing about the same level of maturity I had at his age. Cba getting my knickers in a twist about it.

when will a few fans stop moaning about Gray and appreciate what a talent we have. Teams are offering more for him than any player not called Mahrez and nearly as much as Mahrez.

I can't work out what type of person actually starts a thread like this. I mean, what do they do, wake up one morning after a bad dream about a player and then feel the need to thrust their nightmares into the cosmos.

His body language and facial expressions tell me all I need to know about him. Next time he gets a run out, watch his face after running 40m at full tilt, turns around, puts his eyebrows up and pretends not to be out of breath knowing a camera will be on him somewhere. He has a constant, photo opportunity face and clearly thinks it's not cool if he looks a bit out of breath. It really annoys me. Mahrez does the same too, watch his eyebrows!!!

Apparently he's going shopping for some new clothes.

If he's moaning it shows his passion, he's young and wants first team football not bit parts on the field here and there. he wants to be playing regularly and showing what he can do and for that he needs to buckle down work hard on the pitch and also on the training ground. he;s still young and has got many years ahead of him. he needs to show he is a team player and not just playing for himself by getting crosses in early, making run into the box and working hard for the team. if he does that then the rest will come.

The trouble is though that he doesn't seem to want to buckle down, show that he's a team player nor work hard for the team.

If he was doing this then he'd have every reason to moan.

A lad at work moans that he's on the lowest wage but what he doesn't realise is that he does less than everyone else.  He never shows that he's willing to learn new skills, never thinks to himself that he could do the extra bit, he comes to work does the minimal amount of work required and goes home.  He has no right to moan that he deserves extra when he doesn't give extra.  That doesn't show passion, it shows that he feels hard done by because he thinks he deserves more.

I don't believe for one minute that Demi has issued an ultimatum of "play me or sell me" but there is no smoke without fire.  I believe that he has the 'potential' to be a good player, and as I've said before, his self belief will be his greatest asset in a few years, but right now it's his self belief that's holding him back.  It's no coincidence that his best performances for us have been against lower league opposition.  He can be the star man against Sheff Utd or Derby County.  He can't do it against better players (yet!)

He wants to win games on his own, he wants to dribble passed 2 or 3 players, he wants to cut inside and find the top corner from 30 yards, he wants to be at the centre of everything, trouble is that he lacks to ability to do this right now.  His belief far out weighs his ability.

I've also said before that he reminds me of Ronaldo when he was younger.  Tried to do everything on his own, wanted to be the star of the show every single game.  But as Ronaldo grew he learned to be part of the team, he learned to work harder for the team and as time passed his ability matched his belief, now he his the star of the show in every game he plays.**

If Gray knuckles down, if he learns to play the simple pass from time to time, if he works of the defensive side of his game, if he learns the right time when to and when not to run with the ball, he'll be a good player, not great but good.  But he shows none of this and, unlike Ronaldo at United, we don't have the cover to afford him the many mistakes he makes each game.

Having said that I understand his frustrations, especially in this day and age, at least he wants to play unlike so many at his age who take home thousands upon thousands and are happy playing U23's.  But if he genuinely thinks he deserves to be in ahead of Albrighton or Mahrez then he truly has an issue with self importance......  He's got a lot or work to do.

**I'm in no way comparing Gray to Ronaldo in terms of ability, just in terms of playing style and attitude ;)

If I was his agent I'd have taken his lack of involvement against Brighton as clear indication he can find a spot elsewhere. He's done enough to warrant starting against the worst team we'll face this season - and that he was benched for a lacking in form, want-away player beggars belief. We are squandering his attacking talents, but then I'm not surprised given the management style.
