Kalacs_Orthopedic_Shoe Posted 11 September 2017 Posted 11 September 2017 Having just seen another replay of the Norwegian paper boy's winner against Bayern all them years ago. It got me thinking about our last minute winners and people's memories of them. Don't even have to be winners, equalisers will do. Just craving a win and need a few warm memories... urban.spaceman Posted 11 September 2017 Posted 11 September 2017 Stevie Claridge. Wembley. May 27th 1996.
UpTheLeagueFox Posted 11 September 2017 Posted 11 September 2017 89th minute rather than 90+ but Ulloa v Norwich, after a poor ish display on the back of losing at Arsenal - massive, massive moment in the title winning season
Kalacs_Orthopedic_Shoe Posted 11 September 2017 Author Posted 11 September 2017 Mark Deep Freeze winner v Spurs I was working this night and ran to the pub soon as we'd finished and soon as I opened the door I saw the ball coming over the top to Deep Freeze and bang. I ran straight back out screaming...Sent from my HTC One_M8 using Tapatalk
kushiro Posted 11 September 2017 Posted 11 September 2017 Kevin Russell v Tranmere 1992. Pandemonium when that went in. (Apologies for awful quality - it's all I could find)

Strokes Posted 11 September 2017 Posted 11 September 2017 So many in the Martin O'Neill days it's impossible to name them all. Howard against Leeds was brilliant and I think gradel against MK dons was huge for us at that time. the one that stick out for me was our very first season in the prem, we had lost the opening few games and had no points and time was running out against a fairly poor QPR team and then this beauty........

jayfox26 Posted 11 September 2017 Posted 11 September 2017 It wasn't last minute but when Burnley missed that peno at turf moor and then we went down the other end and scored. Me and my nephew were sat in the Burnley end and just sat mouths wide open looking at each other. We didnt dare celebrate with Burnley fans all around us. That was a mental game!

jayfox26 Posted 11 September 2017 Posted 11 September 2017 For the wrong reasons, Welbeck in the title winning season was a horrible goal to concede and then Giroud this season. Its always Arsenal!!!! And how can we forget Deeney Day!!! Sorry i know this was meant to be Leicester goals but these goals will never leave my mind unfortunately
Leeds Fox Posted 11 September 2017 Posted 11 September 2017 Andy King vs Leeds. Can't remember what year or what minute it was... but I think it got us a point and allowed me to go back to Leeds that night without ridicule!
Basingstoke Fox Posted 11 September 2017 Posted 11 September 2017 Connolly away at Forest - 17 December 2004. Some wonderful cup memories from this season too.

I don't think I could ever keep it in if that were me.
foxtillidrop Posted 12 September 2017 Posted 12 September 2017 Hignett equaliser in a 1-1 draw with the invincible Arsenal team was quality
Mad Dog Posted 12 September 2017 Posted 12 September 2017 How can there ever be one that matches Knockaert at Forest? 90th minute winner in front of the away fans at your biggest rivals to send you into the playoffs at the expense of them. Will never be beaten. Given the absolute madness that followed over the years it has been overshadowed a bit but that was something else. Funny enough because it didn't mean that much but the Hignett goal vs Arsenal in 03/04 in front of the Kop sticks in the mind. Some absolute scenes for the celebrations.
filbertway Posted 12 September 2017 Posted 12 September 2017 Craig Hignett against Arsenal was decent
