funkyrobot Posted 28 April 2018 Posted 28 April 2018 If Puel gets sacked I’d rather get NFP back than us appoint Dyche. 4

Webbo Posted 28 April 2018 Posted 28 April 2018 At least with Dyche we'd be well organised and actually trying.
Weller Wing Posted 28 April 2018 Posted 28 April 2018 The MON team was limited at times but had incredible fight and character which saw us through a lot of tough games. It's hard to out football Man City etc , but you have to have to find ways to unsettle them. That's what Dyche hasdone with Burnley

We'd never lose 4-0 if Pearson was in charge. He wouldn't allow the players to give up so easily. To be honest all the mucking about with recent managers..... I'd just love Pearson to return 3
dylanlegend Posted 28 April 2018 Posted 28 April 2018 One of the main problems is the new players just ain't as good as the old. Fuchs > Chilwell Okazaki > Kelechi Huth > Morgan / Drag Drinkwater > Silva / Choudhury anyone > Gray
lancyclaret Posted 10 May 2018 Posted 10 May 2018 I'd love Leicester to reappoint Pearson so he could go toe-to-toe with Dyche again. Great quote by Pearson after the 2014 2-2 draw: "Leicester are a better football club than Burnley in EVERY respect."

Well if you take the fact we have won the premier league have a better stadium that' going to be expanded. A 80 million pound training ground on the way and a much larger fan base there is something of the truth in his words.

Guest Dirkster the Fox Posted 23 February 2019 Posted 23 February 2019 So here we are again, de ja vue...........old gravely ginger git..... A massive 2 points behind us and (like the seasons before) spends billions more on the team as well. Moneybags Burnley.
Mr Weller Posted 23 February 2019 Posted 23 February 2019 He wouldn’t come anyway. He’s unlikely to get sacked at Burnley and we’re no enough of an incentive to take a chanc.
dylanlegend Posted 23 February 2019 Posted 23 February 2019 I still think he’d fit our playing style better than anyone. However, if we are looking to be more possession based I think Rodgers would be the best choice

Perhaps I don’t watch as much of Burnley as you but I’m pretty sure 80% of their goals come from crosses into the box. Couldnt be further from our strengths. 1
lgfualol Posted 23 February 2019 Posted 23 February 2019 He has tinpot mentality, dont want him here. Our players are too small for him anyway. 1

I was thinking more in the good mentality, solid defence, counter attack, 2 up front. No doubt this is how we perform best. A good mate of mine is a Burnley fan and he admits it they lose Dyche they’ll be down. He gets the best out of players at his disposal, think he’s very underrated outside of Burnley, he’s a God to them. 1
Samilktray Posted 24 February 2019 Posted 24 February 2019 If I was properly giving up on ever wanting to enjoy watching us play football again, he’s who I’d get
Arriba Los Zorros Posted 24 February 2019 Posted 24 February 2019 No way. Hate the **** and he's basically a younger big sam. Burnley = Bolton from a few years ago play the percentages and lump it long. We're far better than that 1

cal21212121 Posted 24 February 2019 Posted 24 February 2019 If we got Dyche last summer this is the team he'd play Kasper Simpson Wes Maguire Fuchs Albrighton Ndidi James Chilwell Slimani Ulloa No thanks.
