Lol ok.

  Reveal hidden contents

Jason Mantzoukas (love him in The League especially, but Brooklyn 99 too)

Rosie Ramsey (Chris' wife)

Matthew Baynton (Was in Wonka)

Stevie Martin (only ever seen her on Cats Does Countdown in dictionary corner)

Fatiha El-Ghorri (Think I saw her on Zuu's Big Eats)

I'll be watching it purely for Jason. [/spolier]

First name is massive and funny in pretty much everything. Hopefully it's true.

At least Rosie is coming across as being fun which in itself is endearing. Seen her do stand up and on various shows and TM has made me warm to her. Jack Dee and his “I’m hating this” just isn’t entertaining after the first 5 mins and Babayawnde isn’t bringing anything. Favourite is the guy in the cricket outfit (can’t be bothered to find out who he is!) and the Inspector Gadget girl is also good.

Andy Zaltzman is the chair of The News Quiz on Radio 4, a radio version of Have I Got News For You and often funnier. He's also the main commentator on Test Match Special (hence the cricket garb).

Probably one for the unpopular opinion thread, but I've enjoyed Rosie Jones on this series and she's been funny.

Perfect team too of her and Jack Dee. Her almost relentless enthusiasm coupled with Jack's grumpy cant be arsed personna.

Gave up after Wozniak I think, been rewatching the oldens recently, any of the new series worth watching?

I think all the series have good episodes and bad. Some more than others, but I wouldn't say any series has been a complete washout.

Series 16 is worth it for Sam Campbell alone, though I guess he's not everyone's cup of tea (who is, tbf?), he's just completely random.

Anyone watch Junior Taskmaster? Thought it was very funny and better than a lot of recent series.

Randomly caught some of it earlier. Can't beat a bit of Wozniak.

It's superb. The innocence of comedy. Just very pure.

Gonna be watching for Blatt alone, what a woman and arguably the main reason I always said All Saints were the thinking man's Spice Girls in primary school

There are thinking men in primary school?

Or All Saints are equivalent to Spice Girls when they were in primary school?

Also, did anyone else notice in the count the cinema seat task and they would take the first number anyone said out loud, Andy replied to one of Alex's questions, "I couldn't eat a whole one."?

Ok, so kind of not saying a number, but at the same time is and when has that ever stopped TM. I was fully expecting an, "however..." that never came.

Jack also said one in a similar way before then saying three. I’m guessing neither were pulled up because it was used as a pronoun and not as a number.

Missed that. Weird, cos it's pedantic little things like that which are the trademark.

Me too. I really wanted the Zaltz to win and that could've cost him big time... Especially after the hotdog fiasco in the final task.

Also Fry has got to be up there with Scanlan in the top tier of flame haired lovelies.

Series 19 lineup announced last week:

Fatiha El-Ghorri, Jason Mantzoukas, Matthew Baynton, Rosie Ramsey & Stevie Martin

Always love the line ups whoever is in it, even those I don't know because usually by the end of the series, they end up being the better contestants.

I imagine 99% of people will have a greater TV, film knowledge than me though which is probably why I don't know people!

I’ve watched some of the foreign series where I’ve known absolutely none of them and many are still great. S2 of New Zealand is up there with the British ones as one of the best series.
