  1. 1. Should Claude Puel be sacked or backed?

    • Sack him NOW.
    • Keep him and back him in the transfer window.

Landslide.

How has it took this long?!

A big shout out to the person on Radio Leicester saying we need to back him till the end of the season, let him bring 'his' players in during the summer, give him the pre-season and if it's not working during pre-season then sack him! :crylaugh:

Anyone hear that?

That was about as positive as it got for Puel's defence.

Don't sack him and pay him off. Just replace him and his cronies with proper coaches.

Make Puel and his people sit on the bench every day at training and watch how it should be done properly. Then after 3 months he can apologise, forego any payoff and slope away ashamed.

Get rid of now, and get a new man in, before Puel wastes money on poor players, that wont fit in. Also, the guy has an apparent lack of charisma, which is an important ingredient in any form of management.

I'll pack your cases for you now Claude!

About 6 players came over for a drinks refill during an injury break to a West Ham player in the second half. To a man they all had their backs to Puel, who was stood back with nothing to say at 2-0 down. No motivation, advice....nothing. Says it all about the current state of the playing side. Absolutely no respect shown for Puel at all.

He is ruining our football club now with every game. He should go and KP should call him to say so this weekend. Get Appleton to see the last two games out then go for Howe or Wagner or Brighton’s boss. Give em a few quid and then we’ll be ok.?

But does he just walk in and expect respect. He doesn't command and and he certainly hasn't earned it.

We have no commanding presence in either captain or manager. They can all go.

Not my point wardy. Just my observation from close quarters. All is not well in the camp for sure. I looked across at the Owners and they were looking down as well. Don't think they could be happy with Puel's clear lack of leadership. For what it's worth Puel lost me after the Newcastle game.

Like I understand why people think sacking is the answer and he probably has to go but seriously how many sackings do we need before we realise the players are the issue?

Ther are many issues in the team that Ranieri then shakey and now puel cannot handle so until we actually sort the root cause out we will have the same issue

Wasn't really arguing against you, apologies. Just my thoughts on Puel and the lack of leadership in general.

He actually tried to speak to them and they just carried on ignoring him.

Speaks volumes.

Didn't look he tried to speak to them from what I saw. Must have blinked or something Ricey.

He sort of gestured his hands and appeared to be speaking. Players probably didn’t hear him.
