Santi Cazorla - mkay choice for my La Liga side.

 

Of course, EA had to put Douglas Costa and Eriksen in for £££ reasons.

 

Now watch me getting Hain.

Don't need anything other than Cuadrado. Hoping for a Bernardeschi IF at some point (assuming he's RM/RW)

Thing is, normal Douglas Costa is so good that a single IF won't be worth the 200k+ that he'll go for.

My gripe with that selection is is that there were about half a dozen better or equally good Serie A players to choose from other than Douglas Costa:

 

Musso (Udinese GK)

Politano (Inter)

Gervinho (Parma)

Sorrentino (Chievo GK)

Milenkovic (Fiorentina CB/RB)

Gumina (Empoli, better rating than Silvestre)
Badelj (Lazio)

Piatek (Genoa)

 

One for the Juve fanboys, that's it.

I have to plead ignorance here--is there a big-nation bias for the nationalities of the players picked for IFs? Does this mean we can expect a German-based SBC coming soon? Or is there something else I'm missing?

Took untradeables for the rivals rewards in my first mega pack I got Vertonghen and Pjanic and in the second I got Kroos. 

My back line now is 

Lloris

Prime Zanetti Van Dijk Vertonghen Europa Alonso

 

and they’re all untradeable so I’m stuck with premier league for the foreseeable future.

Consider this a bit of a free week atm as I only just started playing after the patch and only got to rank 2. Club is a bit empty so took the untradeables knowing everything would be SBC fodder.

I went for untradeables to bulk out my club a bit for sbc’s. Bittersweet really as I picked up Mertens and IF Lozano. 200k+ of players there that i can’t sell and I already have IF Mertens.

 

Half tempted to sell IF Mertens and give the regular card a go. Don’t think I can though

Keep the IF in your club why you try the normal one? Worst case you’ve got an 87 card to put in an SBC which will save you a lot of coins.

IF Thauvin as part of my Weekend League rewards. Get in, can definitely use him up front as one of my main strikers in my Ligue 1 side.

Cazorla and Alexander Arnold from my picks, might use TAA in my second team instead of Ricardo. Took untradeable rewards and got De Bruyne from a gold jumbo pack

Yet again absolutely nothing from my rewards, player picks were Mooy and Cazorla

Got Pjanic untradeable but aside from that, a quiet week rewards wise!

Are the "red" picks the only thing I can't save? All other packs can be stacked and kept?

Every week I say I’m not gonna go for the untradeables but I always do. Fifa have got me by the balls

TAA and Lozano as my red picks! Buzzing with that.

 

Also got Ederson, Casemiro, Lloris and a couple of random IF’s in my packs, so I’ve done the Pato SBC with them - he looks unreal.

I keep telling myself I'm gonna start saving packs but I never do  Will probs start now though with TOTY coming in January.
